A high end, laid back cruise with a knowledgeable skipper/waiter/guide named Abel. Really interesting to listen to and he expertly answered all our questions. Great, curated drinks list. A lovely way to start the evening and a great intro to the city.
Our morning tour with Robert was fantastic! We really enjoyed our time - 2 hours was perfect. Robert made sure to point out all the landmarks we passed & had a wealth of Dutch knowledge. He was also very willing to answer any questions we had in general. Would highly recommend this tour. Worth the price paid.
Abel was extremely knowledgeable and the drinks and snacks were great. It was a wonderful way to learn the history and see the sites of Amsterdam.
The captain was very knowledgeable and fun! It was very relaxing to go through all the canals and learning about the city. The snacks and drinks were included, however the drink offered for free was water. Other beverages are available and a menu is provided with prices.
Our captain, Robert, was right on time. He was competent, kowledgeable and able to answer all questions. We got the thorough tour of the boat with all the snacks and libations and besides pointng out sites along hte way, he was entertaining and interesting. We really enjoyed the trip.
Sven was a wonderful tour guide and captain! I would recommend this boat tour to anyone, especially if you’re looking for a more personal experience. Everyone on our boat was lovely. It was also nice to be able to relax and take in the sites with wine/beer options and snacks and I appreciated that everyone drank responsibly.

The boat itself was quite nice and comfortable, but the overall experience was a big disappointment for a two-hour cruise. As for the historical tour, it was nonexistent. The guide did not use any application to present the sites to us, and there was no real guided tour. The only "historical" moment was limited to him talking to us about Amsterdam's urinals... suffice it to say that the level was very low. To top it all off, a staff colleague boarded at the very beginning of the cruise. Without us knowing who he was, this person spent the entire trip finishing the boat's bottles to drink for free, all while talking very loudly in Dutch. Absolutely unprofessional and inappropriate behavior in front of customers who are paying to have a pleasant time. Summary: no cultural explanation, no atmosphere, and a perfect score in terms of negligence. I do not recommend it if you are looking to discover the history of Amsterdam.

Had an awesome canal tour with Abel – probably the best guide in the world! Super knowledgeable, funny, and always making sure everyone’s glass was topped up. A genuinely friendly guy, and the boat was fantastic too. If you’re visiting Amsterdam, this is an absolute must-do. Highly recommended!
