Itinerario

My wife and I had the pleasure of joining the Meet Bosnia Tours full-day group tour from Sarajevo on 21 June 2026, covering Konjic, Blagaj (Sufi House), Počitelj, Mostar, and Kravice Waterfalls. Our group consisted of more than 20 travelers from different countries, and the entire tour was expertly guided by Mr. Chris. From the moment we walked into the Meet Bosnia Tours booking office, office staff welcomed us with genuine warmth, friendliness, and hospitality. They patiently explained the various tour options, answered all our questions, and helped us choose the itinerary that best suited our interests. Their professionalism and customer-focused approach created an excellent first impression and reflected the high standards maintained by the company. The tour itself exceeded all our expectations, and much of the credit goes to our exceptional guide, Mr. Chris. Frankly speaking, words alone are insufficient to express how impressed we were by his professionalism, dedication, enthusiasm, and genuine care for every member of the group. Chris possesses an outstanding combination of knowledge, communication skills, and organizational ability. Throughout the journey, he shared fascinating insights into the history, culture, traditions, architecture, and significance of every destination we visited. His storytelling transformed each location from simply being a beautiful sightseeing spot into a meaningful cultural experience. His passion for Bosnia and Herzegovina was evident in every explanation, making the tour both educational and thoroughly enjoyable. Managing a group of over 20 people from different backgrounds is never easy, yet Chris handled everything effortlessly. He kept everyone well informed, ensured the schedule was maintained without feeling rushed, and constantly checked that every participant was comfortable, safe, and enjoying the experience. His patience, punctuality, friendliness, and attention to detail were remarkable throughout the day. One particular incident demonstrated just how dedicated and caring he truly is. While returning from the beautiful Blagaj Tekija (Sufi House), my wife, I, and another member of our tour group accidentally lost our way and became separated from the rest of the group. Being in an unfamiliar and relatively isolated location in a foreign country was naturally quite stressful. We somehow managed to contact Chris by phone, and without hesitation, he immediately arranged for the bus to return and pick us up. The relief we felt at that moment is difficult to describe. His calm response, quick action, and genuine concern for our safety turned what could have been a very unpleasant experience into yet another example of his exceptional professionalism and kindness. We remain sincerely grateful for his assistance. Having travelled extensively across many countries and participated in numerous organized tours over the years, we can honestly say that this was one of the finest guided tours we have ever experienced. In fact, Mr. Chris ranks among the very best tour guides we have ever had the privilege of meeting. He is undoubtedly a tremendous asset to Meet Bosnia Tours, and his commitment to excellence reflects extremely positively on the company. The destinations themselves were absolutely spectacular. The charming town of Konjic, the peaceful atmosphere of Blagaj Tekija, the medieval beauty of Počitelj, the historic city of Mostar with its iconic Stari Most, and the breathtaking Kravice Waterfalls together created a perfect itinerary that showcased the incredible beauty, history, and cultural diversity of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The transportation was comfortable, sandwich and drinking water was provided, the itinerary was well planned, the timing at each stop was excellent, and the entire experience was organized with great efficiency from beginning to end. Every aspect of the tour—from booking to completion—demonstrated outstanding professionalism, hospitality, and customer care. We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the entire Meet Bosnia Tours team, especially to Mr. Chris, for making our visit so memorable. His professionalism, kindness, knowledge, and genuine passion for his work made a lasting impression on us and played a major role in making this one of the highlights of our European holiday. Without any hesitation whatsoever, we highly recommend Meet Bosnia Tours to anyone visiting Sarajevo and wishing to explore the remarkable beauty of Bosnia and Herzegovina. You will not only visit wonderful places but also enjoy an experience delivered by people who genuinely care about their guests. Thank you once again, Meet Bosnia Tours and Mr. Chris, for an unforgettable day. If we are fortunate enough to return to Sarajevo in the future, there is no doubt that we will choose your company again and look forward to discovering even more of the beautiful destinations that Bosnia and Herzegovina has to offer. Highly recommended – a well-deserved 5-star experience!
Here’s a polished review: The trip was amazing and exceeded our expectations. Ahmed was friendly, professional, and made the experience enjoyable from start to finish. Since a few guests did not show up, there were only three of us in the group, which made the tour feel almost like a private trip. That added a lot to the overall experience. My only recommendation to the tour company would be to allow more time at the waterfall. Walking down to the waterfall and returning by train can take around 40 minutes to 1 hour, including waiting time. This leaves guests with limited time to swim, relax, and fully enjoy the waterfall, which was the highlight of the entire trip. Another point is that the weather was extremely hot at 37°C, and the van’s air conditioning struggled to keep the vehicle cool throughout the day. It would be great if improvements could be made to the AC system for greater comfort during the summer months. Overall, it was a fantastic trip, and I would happily recommend it to others.
Words can't describe the landscapes of Herzegovina. Mostar, Blagaj and Pocitelj were magical and the bath I took at Kravice falls was the cherry on top. Furthemore I met extraordinary people in my group, which contributed to make the time fly during the transfers between one town and the other. Marko was our guide on the Italian tour. I will always remember his kindness with the whole group: he has such a great heart and I wish for all the future travellers, choosing this tour, to find a guide like him. We departed from him with nothing but smiles and gratitude.
Would 100% recommend Meet Bosnia Tours. They are super responsive on WhatsApp which is super helpful and the guides were great. They also let you leave your bag there on your last day if you have used a tour and I genuinely feel like they worked as a safe point of contact during my visit to Sarajevo. The fact that they accept card is also a plus while visiting Bosnia.
The tour was amazing, and Kristian was the key. He conducted the tour in perfect balance, explaining everything but also giving us free time to explore on our own. He’s time managing skills were outstanding. Making possible we were all in time so the tour could be done completely. Excellent English and taking care of all of us.
ago is the best tour guide ever. he was so welcoming and informative. he allowed us to gain so much knowledge and his driving skills were amazing. he was funny and talkative in a good way. he never used his phone through out the journey apart from showing us the history of the old bridge. i would 1000% go again with him in the future. AMAZING tour guide.
Here’s a polished Google review you can post: We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Meet Bosnia, and our guide, Ago, made the day truly unforgettable. From the moment we started, Ago was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about sharing the history, culture, and stories of Bosnia. He took the time to explain everything in detail, answering questions and providing fascinating facts throughout the tour. His recommendations for the best photo spots were spot on, and we came away with some amazing memories and pictures. What really stood out was how personal the experience felt. Rather than feeling like we were being guided through a standard tour, it felt like we were on a road trip with a friend. Ago was warm, approachable, and genuinely interested in making sure everyone had a great time. Our group consisted of seven people, and despite the different personalities and interests, Ago was attentive to every single person. He made us all feel included and comfortable, creating a friendly atmosphere where it felt like we had all become friends by the end of the day. He also recommended a wonderful place for dinner, which was the perfect way to end an already incredible experience. By the end of the trip, we were definitely exhausted, but it was one of the most memorable days of our visit. Ago was outstanding, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. If you’re considering a tour with Meet Bosnia, do yourself a favor and ask for Ago—you won’t be disappointed!
This is a comprehensive tour that covers many interesting spots, culminating with Mostar and the beautiful bridge. Our tour guide Chris was outstanding as was the driver. We have used Meet Bosnia for several tours and they are a top notch company. Excellent communication, outstanding employees, and tours worth your time and money.
It was a very beautiful experience. We had a great tour guide, the lovely Christian, and his new colleague Ahmet, who was on his first day. DAY. Christian explained everything to us very thoroughly. We had a lot of fun. We saw great places and heard their history. Many thanks to the entire team. Thanks to Christian 🫶🍀
