Situada cerca de la entrada de la famosa Reserva Biológica Bosque Nuboso Monteverde, la Galería Colibrí es un espacio único que combina una galería de fotografía de vida silvestre y una tienda de artesanías, todo ello rodeado por el exuberante bosque nuboso de Monteverde, Costa Rica. La zona es conocida por atraer a diversas especies de colibríes y otra fauna, lo que la convierte en un lugar magnífico para la observación de la naturaleza y la fotografía. La galería exhibe impresionantes fotografías de vida silvestre realizadas por los reconocidos fotógrafos británicos Michael y Patricia Fogden, cuyo trabajo ha aparecido en *National Geographic* y otras publicaciones internacionales. Sus imágenes capturan la extraordinaria biodiversidad de Costa Rica, incluyendo aves, mamíferos, reptiles e insectos del bosque nuboso. Explore la mundialmente famosa Reserva Biológica Bosque Nuboso Monteverde, uno de los ecosistemas con mayor biodiversidad de Costa Rica, situada en la Sierra de Tilarán, entre las provincias de Puntarenas y Alajuela. Durante esta caminata guiada por la naturaleza, recorrerá senderos de un exuberante bosque nuboso, rodeado de imponentes árboles cubiertos de musgo, orquídeas, bromelias y otras epífitas únicas, características de este ecosistema envuelto en bruma. Acompañados por un guía naturalista local experto, los visitantes buscarán la fauna oculta tanto en el dosel arbóreo como en el sotobosque. La reserva alberga una extraordinaria diversidad de especies, entre ellas colibríes, tucanes, el emblemático quetzal resplandeciente, ranas, mariposas, insectos y plantas nativas. Very disappointing hike with a guide. There was very light rain (a drizzle) but virtually no animals. Our guide was not able to spot any interesting animals other than some insects and a couple of birds. I am wondering if it was a mistake all together visiting this part of Costa Rica during this time of the year.

Unlike a zoo, the animals here are wild and free, so nothing is guaranteed. Some days the forest is very active, and other days the wildlife stays more hidden.Because of the density and elevation of the cloud forest, spotting wildlife in Monteverde can be more challenging than in other parts of Costa Rica like the Pacific or Caribbean coast. This is also exactly why Monteverde is one of the most famous destinations in the country: it attracts travelers who are truly passionate about nature and want to learn about and help protect this unique ecosystem.We also want to highlight the professionalism of our entire team of guides. My husband and I visited Costa Rica for our honeymoon and were staying in La Tigra. We didn't realize that this tour was 3.5 hours one way from where we were staying. But, it was worth the drive! Our tour guide Rossi was amazing! She was so passionate, kind, easy to talk to! We were able to see white-faced monkeys, a sloth, so many different fauna and my husband particularly loved the hummingbirds at the end. This is totally worth and we highly recommend Rossi!

The tour guide that was assigned to us wasn't very invested in spotting animals. He was more into showing us different kinds of seeds and flowers. He could also tell apart bird species by their singing, and when he heard a quetzal we really insisted we wanted to wait in the spot to try to see it. He eventually agreed to it and helped us find it (we saw it), but he didn't try to spot literally any other animal in the entire way. At the end of the tour we talked to other tourists that did the same tour but with different guides and they were all super happy and saw many more animals than us. I do recommend visiting the Monteverde reserve with a tour guide, but I warn you that you need to be lucky with the guide you get.

Deyber a charm. We had the appointment at 8:00 am and we arrived right on time. But the 8:00 quota had been filled and we had to buy by 8:45 h. We were taken care of terrific. We start at the hummingbird garden while we wait to get in. Then I walk beautifully. It was a sunny day, the immersive Deyber hike was explaining in detail the origin of the park, the birdsongs, the curses... we had the opportunity to see the Quedzal (male and female). It was really lovely to meet you and have the guided view. 100% recommended

Our trip to Monteverde Cloud Forest was reschedule to Curi Cancha. The guide was very professional and we wouldn't see the birds if the guide didn't point it out for us. This is a must do for bird lovers.

We did the guided tour with Enar who was amazing. He was helping the other guides find birds, animals and insects. It is impossible to see the things Enar found without his expertise. Highlight of the walk was seeing the Quetzal but seeing the mottled owl was very cool. Also saw a side stripped palm pit viper and tarantula. I recommend the full service with transportation to and from hotel and tickets included.

This was such a great experience. Our guide, Deyber, was fabulous. He was funny, very knowledgeable, and so well spoken. One of our friends did not speak English and he made a point to go over everything he shared with us in Spanish so that she experienced the same fascinating facts that he taught the rest of us. We had ticket issues in the beginning and Deyber had tried to reach out to me about the additional park admission fee. I had not checked my emails as we are an older couple and do not have our phones constantly with us. I have checked the Trip Advisor site to see where I messed up and he has already corrected the problem. Everything is very easy to understand now. We had such a good time and would highly recommend this trip. You will learn so much and get to walk through such an amazing part of our world.
