El viaje comenzará en el casco antiguo de la ciudad de Funchal, uno de los lugares más visitados por los turistas, lleno de historias divertidas y datos curiosos.
Yendo hacia las montañas, todo el camino hasta la ciudad de Monte. Prepárese para quedar hipnotizado con todas las hermosas plantas y una de las iglesias más visitadas de la isla, la iglesia de Monte. El 15 de agosto es cuando se celebra el día de la Señora del Monte y es la fiesta más importante y concurrida de la isla de Madeira. Todos estos datos divertidos y muchos más serán explicados a los clientes por un conductor experto/narrador.
La próxima parada revelará una de las mayores atracciones de Monte, el Monte Palace Madeira. Este es uno de los lugares más visitados y adorados de la ciudad de Funchal por su inmenso y fascinante jardín. Aquí se hará una parada de una hora y media, para tomar fotos, disfrutar del espacio, y porque no disfrutar de una taza de café en el “Greenhouse Coffee Roaster”. Este lugar especial no solo es conocido por su gran variedad de plantas sino también por su lago central que alberga cisnes y patos, también se pueden encontrar algunos pavos reales y gallinas en las áreas principales de la propiedad. Por lo tanto, sea rápido para tomar algunas fotos bonitas y creativas. Dentro del parque, también existe la posibilidad de conocer el museo, el Museo Monte Palace Madeira. Un espacio que consta de tres plantas, dos dedicadas a esculturas entre otras, y la tercera es donde encontrarás una recopilación de minerales únicos.
El recorrido finalizará en el famoso Monte Toboggan, uno de los encantos más legendarios de la isla. Esta atracción se remonta a la década de 1850. En el siglo XIX, era un medio de transporte típico de los lugareños para ir de Monte a la ciudad de Funchal. Hoy es una mera atracción y cualquiera puede disfrutar de un trepidante paseo cuesta abajo. Un recorrido que promete revelar los lugares más maravillosos de la isla de Madeira.

Brilliant experience, Laura was very friendly, shared lots of local information, took us first to the toboggan to avoid later queues and then we chose to go to tropical garden where she waited for us.
Wacef was an excellent guide and driver. He was very accommodating, engaging with a great sense of humour. We enjoyed our excursion immensely and it enabled us to get around the attractions much more efficiently. Going in the morning meant we managed to minimise queuing. We felt we did a lot in just three hours. Would highly recommend.
Great way to see Funchal and get to the gardens Our guide Luis was great - we didnt do the basket down as long queue so we had time to stop at another view point to see Funchal - Luis was great full of info about Madeira and Funchal. Would highly recommend booking the trip - easy comms and good value. The gardens are beautiful - lots of steps - trainers not flip flops though!
This was an amazing experience! We had a very knowledgeable guide and driver. He went above and beyond to show us his city! He explained ao many things to us and went off the original tour. The toboggan ride was so fun! Luis then took us to the garden which what we really just want to do is see more of this beautiful place! No problem for Luis, he took us to a lot if his favorite places! It was an amazing day! I really hope to come back to Funchal one day!! Thank you Luis, for showing us your beautiful city through your eyes! It truly has been the highlight if our trip!
Laura our guide was wonderful. She suggested the best itinerary to avoid crowds and we had the most amazing time-toboggan ride before it became too busy then suggested an alternative garden due to rain where we were originally going and finally a great tour of the old town. All i in perfect English. Laura was a really great guide and we will try to book her again when we come back to Madeira. Highly recommend.

Excellent. I recommend this tour. Our Tuk Tuk driver and guide Moises was brilliant. You get to see parts of Funchal inaccessible by bus. A worthwhile experience.
Our guide Luis was very informational and well spoken. Unfortunately the toboggans were closed but we circled around the island to explore other parts of Funchal. I highly recommend this tour.
We are very happy with our trip. We missed the Toboggan due to rain but thanks to our guide Laura we still had a great time!!
