Su experiencia comienza en la panadería más antigua de la ciudad con una degustación de pasteles icónicos y pasteles dulces, antes de continuar a una bottega local para una degustación guiada de auténtico vinagre balsámico añejo, uno de los tesoros culinarios más orgullosos de Módena. Dentro del Mercato Albinelli, saborearás varias épocas del célebre Parmigiano Reggiano, seguido de una prueba del querido pan redondo de la ciudad con pesto local, perfectamente maridado con espumoso Lambrusco. Un clásico plato de pasta modenesa espera en un restaurante histórico, complementado con un distintivo vino local, antes de terminar con un helado artesanal de una tienda de barrio favorita y un delicioso plato secreto, revelado exclusivamente a nuestros huéspedes.

Comenzamos nuestra deliciosa gira gastronómica en un fascinante punto de encuentro local, donde aprenderás la historia de uno de los tenores operísticos más emblemáticos de Italia, Luciano Pavarotti.
A continuación, exploramos uno de los tesoros más famosos de Módena: Aceto Balsamico di Modena. Disfrutaremos de una degustación dentro de una Bottega familiar, descubriendo la artesanía detrás de este producto de renombre mundial.
Luego nos dirigimos al animado Mercato Albinelli, el histórico mercado cubierto de Módena fundado en 1931. Con alrededor de 65 puestos que ofrecen productos locales frescos, es el lugar perfecto para descubrir el querido queso de Módena y su tradicional pan plano redondo, y aprender cómo los disfrutan los lugareños.

Nuestro paseo continúa en la antigua Piazza Grande, la histórica plaza principal de Módena y Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO. Rodeado por la Catedral y la Torre Ghirlandina, esta plaza medieval está llena de ambiente y vida local. Aquí, nos detendremos en una trattoria tradicional única para degustar un plato clásico de pasta modenesa.
Terminamos el recorrido con una nota dulce con un helado artesanal en la Cremería GIOELIA local.

We absolutely loved our tour. Roberta was delightful, and so much fun! The walking tour took us to several different shops and restaurants including the main market. The food was exceptional, and we learned some of the history and manufacturing processes. Very interesting. Come hungry and with comfortable walking shoes. Roberta is the best guide. He guided me passionately with a lovely smile and knowledge. I enjoyed the tour with my 13-year-old daughter, with one from Brazil. It was a very hot day, but we had a portico so we could walk around. We enjoyed two kinds of pasta and three kinds of Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese. Enjoy Modena, a 30-minute train ride from Bologna.

I highly recommend this food tour! The tour was absolutely worth of money. Our guide Steffy is wonderful! She knows what she is doing. The atmosphere is warm and pleasant with her. You'll get to taste many different things, flavours and hidden gems. Don't eat before this!!! You won't Be hungry after.

My partner Jane and I really enjoyed the Secret Food Tour in Modena! We essentially enjoyed a seven-course meal over four hours at six locations, so with six short courses in terms of movement.
