Esta experiencia se construye en torno a algo que la mayoría de los visitantes de Módena nunca llegan a ver. Entrarás en una tradicional acetaia familiar en Módena, cerrada al público, y degustarás auténtico vinagre balsámico de más de 25 años, aprendiendo cómo se elabora realmente este “Oro Negro”. Desde allí, explorarás Módena a través de sus tradiciones gastronómicas, conociendo a los vendedores locales y descubriendo las historias detrás del Parmigiano Reggiano y el tigelle. Caminará por el histórico mercado de Albinelli con una perspectiva local, viendo más allá de los puestos y entendiendo cómo funciona la cultura gastronómica modenesa cotidiana. En el camino, descubrirás pequeñas tradiciones y sorprendentes hábitos locales, como la frita de ñoco disfrutada con capuchino, que la mayoría de los visitantes nunca notan. Con un máximo de 8 invitados, disfrutarás de una experiencia más personal, con tiempo para hacer preguntas y conectar directamente con las personas detrás de la comida. Esto es Módena desde adentro, no solo lo que prueba, sino de dónde viene y por qué importa.

Loredana was a very charming and experienced guide. Lots of tasty food stops and at pretty slow pace on a hot day in Modena. Market, cafe, balsemica shop and a gelati shop. Loredana was very kind and caring for all the people in our group including two small children.
