Nuestra experiencia es única porque serás recibido en el hogar de una familia peruana. Las clases son impartidas exclusivamente por el chef José Antonio y su esposa María Alejandra, quienes compartirán contigo sus historias, tradiciones y la pasión por la gastronomía peruana en un ambiente cercano e íntimo. Prepararás tu propio tartar de atún, ceviche clásico y un auténtico Pisco Sour, utilizando ingredientes frescos seleccionados el mismo día. Además, somos productores de pisco y durante la experiencia degustarás entre 17 sabores artesanales elaborados por nosotros. Como broche de oro, disfrutarás un postre sorpresa y recibirás un regalo peruano para recordar tu visita. También te enviaremos fotos, un video editado de la experiencia listo para compartir en tus redes sociales, las recetas y nuestras recomendaciones de viaje. Si lo deseas, al finalizar podemos llevarte sin costo a la Huaca Pucllana o al Bosque El Olivar para que continúes descubriendo Lima.

Excellent experience with a friendly host! Fun dishes, a delicious drink, and opportunity to find great pisco! Everything was well prepared and executed throughout the course!
During the class are passed techniques of elaboration of typical Peruvian dishes and drinks. Contributes to cultural and gastronomic enrichment. An enriching and fun experience. I went with my mother, she and I recommended the experience with Chef José Antonio.
The Cooking class was perfect. We prepare a nice tartare and ceviche of fish. And you can also make your own pisco sour coktail. Very interesting and José is very friendly so It's nice, so the cooking class is just too good! I recommend 100% this class 👨🍳

In a small group of four, Jose welcomes us to his home for a relaxed cooking class, with good ingredients and a cheerful atmosphere! An opportunity to taste pisco sours with many different flavors and from his production. It was a great time, I recommend it!!
This was an awesome experience with Jose Antonio . He taught me a lot about the history of the drink and taught me how to make the food properly. Very personable and patient and really great experience. If you have a chance I would highly recommend taking his class.
I had such a great time at this cooking class! I was the only one but the whole experience was awesome. José Antonio was super friendly and made everything feel relaxed right from the start. He was patient, answered all my questions, and you could tell he genuinely loves what he’s doing. What I liked most was how he explained the facts and culture behind things. It didn’t feel like a strict class—it was more like cooking and chatting while learning along the way😃 Also, the food vi made was really flavorful and tasty. Overall, it was just a really enjoyable experience. Good food, good atmosphere, and a great teacher. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re in Peru!
