Stefano was great Engaging and informative - he made it really enjoyable A lovely gentle pace Thanks a lot
Really disappointing experience. The communication was slow and came across as unprofessional. I was traveling with my kids and reached out in advance to confirm whether they could accommodate younger children before the 24-hour cancellation window. It took five days to get a response, which conveniently fell inside that window, only to be told they couldn’t accommodate us. What was most frustrating was the tone of the reply. It focused on their policies being “clear,” without acknowledging the delayed response or taking any responsibility. That kind of impersonal, dismissive approach is something you might expect from a large corporation, not a local business. It just felt like they were too busy to care about providing a thoughtful or human experience. Really unfortunate.
We’re genuinely sorry that your experience was disappointing. We always try to accommodate our guests whenever possible, which is why we agreed to your requested change of departure time on the day of the tour. That said, the tour is clearly described as an adults-only experience for safety reasons. Navigating Milan by bike in city traffic requires a level of confidence and road awareness that we unfortunately cannot guarantee with younger children, and for this reason we do not accept participants under 18. As confirmed by the booking platform’s support team, this policy was already stated in the activity description at the time of booking. We understand your frustration, especially while traveling with family, and we are sorry the situation led to disappointment. However, guest safety must always remain our priority. Fortunately, this situation is very uncommon for us, and we are grateful that the vast majority of our guests — across Google, Airbnb, GetYourGuide and Viator — consistently describe our tours as professional, welcoming and carefully organized experiences.
Stefani was super! Great historic details and could venture into conversations, q&a, and was friendly, and interested in our interests. It was a cold day and he made time midway for warm coffee shop and hot tea. Highly recommend him!
What a fabulous way to see the city. Stefano was brilliant. The bikes are comfortable and we felt safe all the way. Would haughty recommend this tour and this company
We decided to do this bike tour to see all the highlights of the city in a short time but also doing a fun and different experience from the usual tour. Our guide was Alessandro (I hope to remember the name well) was super nice, he accompanied us through the streets of the city and told us some things that we did not know also gave us some advice. We also recommend a lot to those who, like us, have never gone beyond the Duomo area and major shopping streets.
It was amazing, I’m gonna check with my friend and make sure she remembers the name of the guy that took us. He was incredible! We had the best time!
Stefano was an awesome guide. We had just flown in on an overnight flight from the states; the perfect way to fight our jet lag, all the while seeing some of Milan’s greatest sights. What a fantastic way to people watch, too!
Stefano was a fountain of knowledge and patiently waiting for latecomers to the group. Had a great time cycling around Milan. Highly recommend doing even in summer heat!
This was a nice way to see many tourist sites and parks bicycle. The terrain is flat as a pancake. An e-bike for this would only be a hindrance. Our guide, Stefano, was excellent. The only drawback was a lack of signage at the meeting point in the piazza.
Everything about the tour was fantastic. The guide was knowledgeable and attentive to safety, as well as kind and accommodating. My only complaint is to make the meeting place more clear, using land markers or details about the meeting place. It was a confusing start to my experience and one that needs to be addressed by the tour guide.
Hi Sarah, Thank you so much for your review! I’m sorry about the initial confusion regarding the meeting point. We’ll make sure it’s clearer and more straightforward for future guests 😊
