Great experience

Really good experience liked the fact you are left to your own devices and move around the tour yourself. Great family experience.

Limited access, only...

Limited access, only really covered interview area, changing rooms and the stands in the stadium. Other tours I’ve done were far more in depth and covered extra areas, such as directors are, press box etc

Respuesta del operador

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your disappointment that the tour route felt limited compared to other stadium experiences. As San Siro is a fully operational venue, access to exclusive areas like the directors' box or press box is often restricted due to daily operations and event preparations. We appreciate your insight

Rubbish

Waste of money. Rubbish stadium and areas not visible due to concerts the following week. No notice given of this and could not see the pitch or the coach area. Tour only lasted 20 mins as nothing to see

Respuesta del operador

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely regret that your visit was so disappointing. As an active venue, the summer concert season requires extensive stage preparations, which unfortunately restricts access to the pitch and other specific areas. We deeply apologize if these operational changes were not clearly communicated prior to your booking. Your honest comments are very important to us

Terrible Experience - A Complete Rip-Off

If I could give zero stars, I would. We paid full price for the San Siro stadium tour expecting the full experience - walking through the players' tunnel, stepping onto the pitch, and sitting on the team benches - only to have none of it. Those things skipped for no apparent reason. The tour was basically the locker rooms and the museum. No explanation, no apology, and absolutely no compensation or partial refund. We essentially paid for a premium tour and got a glorified hallway walk. To make matters worse, the museum is an absolute joke. For a stadium with such an incredible history, shared by two of the most iconic clubs in world football - AC Milan and Inter - the museum is shockingly poor. Sparse displays, minimal effort, and nothing that captures the magic or significance of what this place means to football fans worldwide. Save your money and your time. This was hands down one of the worst tourist experiences I've ever had. Total rip-off.

Thank you for your feedback. We deeply regret your disappointment regarding the restricted areas and the museum displays. The stadium and its exhibits are currently maintained in their classic state; while many fans still love experiencing this historic atmosphere exactly as it is, we completely respect your opinion.

We paid for a guided tour...

We paid for a guided tour - instead we were told there wasn’t one so just had to wander around the stadium on our own. Very disappointing. Staff there told us we should have booked directly with the stadium.

Thank you for visiting the Official San Siro Stadium and Museum in Milan, and for sharing your feedback. We understand your disappointment regarding the tour format. As noted in the experience details, to ensure a smooth visit for everyone during high season and busy periods, our official guides are stationed at key locations—such as the dressing rooms and museum—to share historical insights and answer questions, rather than walking with groups from start to finish. We always kindly encourage guests to review all booking information beforehand so they know exactly what to expect on the day. Additionally, purchasing your tickets in advance through our online partners provides the exact same official tour while guaranteeing your entry to one of Europe's busiest venues, despite any standard booking fees. We hope that despite this misunderstanding, you still enjoyed discovering the legendary atmosphere of the pitch and the rich history of Milan's iconic football clubs.

Not worth the price, at all!

Not worth the price. Not much to see compared to other stadiums and teams. Way too overpriced

Thank you for visiting the Official San Siro Stadium and Museum in Milan and for sharing your thoughts. We are sorry to hear that you felt the experience did not meet your expectations in terms of value. San Siro is a true icon of world football, and our tour is designed to celebrate the rich, century-long legacy of AC Milan and Inter Milan. While modern venues might offer different contemporary amenities, walking through the classic dressing rooms, exploring the historical museum, and stepping out into this legendary architectural temple provides a unique journey into the authentic history of the sport. We appreciate your feedback and hope you still took away some memorable moments from your time in Italy.

Awful tour

Absolutely awful. Paid €71 for two tickets to self guide ourselves through a construction site. No access to dugouts, concert stage and flooring blocked all the view and the pitch. The ‘museum’ was tiny and was basically just a detour to get you in to the club shop as quickly as possible. The whole tour took about 15-20 mins max. Definitely not worth the money or effort to go.

Thank you for visiting the Official San Siro Stadium and Museum in Milan, and for sharing your feedback. We genuinely regret that your experience did not meet your expectations. As a fully operational venue, San Siro hosts major international events during the summer concert season, which unfortunately requires large stage installations that can temporarily limit access to certain areas like the pitch and the dugouts. While the museum may feel compact, it is carefully curated to showcase an authentic collection of memorabilia that celebrates the century-long legacy of two historic football clubs. We appreciate your valuable insights, as they help us better prepare future guests for the dynamic nature of this iconic stadium.

Let down

Terrible. Shouldn't have tours when concerts are set up. It was like a construction site. No access to dugouts and no tour guide. And the museum was too short.

Respuesta del operador

Thank you for visiting the San Siro Stadium in Milan and for leaving your review. We certainly understand your frustration regarding the restricted access during your visit. Because our venue remains highly active throughout the year, the summer concert season requires extensive stage preparations that temporarily alter the standard route, including access to the pitch and dugouts. Rather than closing our doors entirely during these weeks, we stay open so football fans can still feel the magic of this historic landmark. Additionally, on busy days, our official staff members are strategically positioned in key areas—such as the dressing rooms and the museum—to answer questions and share local insights, allowing guests to explore at their own pace. While the museum space is compact, it is packed with a century of authentic football heritage from both Inter and AC Milan. We appreciate your comments and will continue working to ensure future guests are well-informed about these seasonal changes prior to their arrival.

Good to see , was nice to go in the dressing rooms . Was getting ready for a concert so no pitch and you can see it’s very dated but still historic and good to see.

Thank you for visiting the Official San Siro Stadium and Museum in Milan and for sharing your thoughtful review. We are delighted that you enjoyed exploring the legendary dressing rooms and feeling the rich historic atmosphere of this iconic venue. As one of Europe's classic football temples, its vintage architecture reflects nearly a century of sporting glory; while discussions about the long-term future of the stadium are currently ongoing, we proudly share its authentic character exactly as it stands today. Since the venue remains highly active, the pitch is occasionally covered during the summer concert season for stage preparations, and we greatly appreciate your understanding of these operational dynamics. We hope to welcome you back to Italy for another memorable visit in the future.

BEWARE!!

extremley underwhelming. an iconic stadium with alot of history behind it, but arrived to a what was essentially a construction site. Most of it was locked off as they prepare for a concert, something they dont make you aware of when you pay full price for a ticket. You see no pitch, no inside experience. just rushed through a one way line in and out through some seats. Not a single ac milan or inter milan, player/manager memorablia was on show, past or present. No awards, poorly structured for visitors. Would not recommend. They do not tell you on the site that theyre preparing for concerts and you will see no pitch, no player dugout or manager technical box view, no awards, no museum, and they charge you full price(35-40€). Short, misleading and an awful experience. Glad to have visited it for the history it holds but outside of that, highly dissapointed and angry
