A lovely trek along the tea plantations. Very nice guide. There was an issue because I was the only person on the trip it seems a bit unfair to penalise solo travellers. I was given this delicious large bowl of a banana mix wrapped in fried rice loved it! The walk is so peaceful up in the hills of Munnar. Definitely worth it.
We loved the tour yesterday with Raj! Succes a nice and intelligent man. He showed us the surroundings and told a lot about the plants & animals. And he was an excellent driver! It was a perfect day!
The place is beautiful and worth the visit However, we finished our walk at 11h and not 12h30 as it's described. I was expecting to see more landscapes and get to know better the history of the place... Anyway, the places visited are beautiful
An extraordinary morning! I had an exceptional time, Praveen was an excellent guide. Considerate and concerned for our safety. He took the time to share his culture and that of his environment. It was a very interesting and cultural moment of sharing. For my part, it contributed to a nice start to the day that put me in a super good mood. It was a peaceful moment, breathtaking scenery and I needed it badly. I took this formula, which was advertised as quite easy, and it was. Next time I'll do the one of the day. Thanks again for everything and see you soon.
We only had one day in Munnar (you have to spend 2 days) and these 4 hours to hike allowed us to discover this beautiful place thanks to a kind, professional and attentive guide. Discover beautiful views , hike through the tea plantations, explain the flora and life in Munnar. Sharing a snack , tea and fruit brought by Mukesh , our guide , with friendly trekking companions. A very pleasant moment of tranquility Merci Mukesh
Beautiful hike in the tea fields then on the ridges and finally the forest. Great views. Mukech our guide was very friendly, very interesting and a perfect conversation. He's been taking care of us. Thank you for the day. I highly recommend it.
Praveen was an excellent guide. He led in a considerate way at the right pace. We talked throughout the trek and I was very impressed with his extensive knowledge of local flora and fauna. I hghly recommend!
We had a great hike with praveen through the tea plantations! He was extremely knowledgable about both the tea plantation and the animals that inhabit in munnar, food was nice . Would highly recommend!
We had a great hike this morning with our guide Alvin, who was very friendly, but also knew a lot about the tea plantations, the whole tea processing, the local life and it's evolution, the nature (names and facts for the different birds, plants, animals...). It was a gentle hike up the tea plantations with the beautiful morning light and the mist pouring between the mountains. With a bit of luck, you'll see a bison or deer. My friend was even luckier and saw a dhole ! (asian wild dog) Once at the top of the tea plantations, we crossed over to the rocky grass lands, with a steeper but short climb to a beautiful viewpoint down the opposite valley and it's tea plantations. That's where we had a nice little snack breakfast with a delicious masala tea. Then we walked along the ridge before crossing back to the tea fields and down to Munnar. Overall a great experience with a friendly, caring and knowledgeable guide!
The medium trekking was an amazing experience! Our guide praveen was very knowledgeable of the local area ,he knows lot about of birds ,flowers and cooked us amazing homemade food. A great day out, would recommend for anyone!
