Experimenta una de las mejores aventuras en la selva tropical de El Yunque. No se trata de una típica visita a pie, sino de una aventura guiada diseñada para la emoción, la seguridad y momentos inolvidables. Disfrute de actividades opcionales que incluyen un tobogán acuático natural, saltos acantilados para todos los niveles de confort y un columpio de cuerda, todo dentro de una hermosa área oculta de la selva tropical. Los grupos pequeños permiten una experiencia más personal, mientras que los guías locales expertos se centran en la seguridad y apoyan cada paso del camino. Se incluyen fotos y vídeos gratuitos, y la sincronización optimizada le ayuda a evitar las multitudes para una experiencia más fluida. Perfecto para visitantes primerizos y viajeros activos que buscan un equilibrio de aventura y comodidad. Los lugares son limitados para mantener la calidad, por lo que se recomienda reservar con antelación.

Itinerario
Para comenzar nuestra increíble aventura, nuestro guía lo recogerá en su hotel, resort, residencia o airbnb preferido en San Juan, Isla Verde y Condado (aunque los hoteles en Río Grande o Fajardo pueden no calificar, podemos organizar un punto de encuentro conveniente cerca de su alojamiento para su tranquilidad y comodidad). El horario será de 7:00 a 12:00 horas o de 12:00 a 17:00 horas. Ambos horarios han sido elegidos estratégicamente para evitar las aglomeraciones creadas por los grandes grupos de otras empresas para que sea más cómodo y seguro para ti.
A su llegada, su guía certificado lo llevará a una de las áreas ocultas más hermosas cerca del Bosque Nacional El Yunque. Comenzarás con una caminata panorámica a través de exuberantes senderos de la selva tropical, rodeados de vibrantes vegetación y sonidos tropicales. La caminata es de aproximadamente 1,5 millas en total y tarda unos 20 minutos en llegar a la primera piscina natural. Desde allí, la aventura continúa mientras navegas cuidadosamente a lo largo de las rocas durante unos 15 minutos más para llegar al punto culminante principal, un tobogán de agua natural escondido en lo profundo de la selva. Una vez dentro, pasarás alrededor de 2 horas totalmente inmerso en la experiencia : - Nadar en refrescantes piscinas naturales -Swing de una cuerda como Tarzán - Deslizarse por un tobogán de agua de roca natural - Refréscate bajo una pequeña cascada - Saltos de acantilado opcionales a diferentes alturas Todas las actividades son opcionales, te mueves a tu propio ritmo y nivel de comodidad.
Una vez finalizada la experiencia cada miembro del grupo será llevado de regreso a su alojamiento o punto de encuentro.

[Paso 3] : Su guía se pondrá en contacto con usted el día anterior a la actividad por la noche alrededor de las 7:30 pm a través de un mensaje de texto para proporcionarle su hora de recogida y debe firmar una renuncia digital antes de comenzar el recorrido. [Paso 4] : Antes de su recogida, por favor asegúrese de ponerse su traje de baño, zapatillas de deporte con buen agarre y traer su toalla y un juego adicional de ropa con usted para secarse y cambiarse después de su recorrido. Nota : No se permiten toboganes Yeezys, Cocodrilos, sandalias o zapatos de agua (demasiado resbaladizos para esta caminata). [Paso 5] : Por favor, asegúrese de estar listo para abordar el vehículo a la hora de recogida establecida por su guía. Los conductores no esperarán más de 10 minutos después de la hora de recogida programada. Nuestro guía turístico le enviará un mensaje de texto o lo llamará cuando llegue a la ubicación acordada. Importante : Nuestra actividad está pensada para personas entre 10 y 60 años con excelente estado físico. Tienes que ser capaz de caminar por tu cuenta en superficies irregulares. Por razones de seguridad, las personas con sobrepeso, lesiones previas, embarazadas o con problemas de salud no pueden participar. Se requerirá evidencia de edad a través de licencia o certificado de nacimiento para garantizar el cumplimiento de estos requisitos. Además, no se harán excepciones ni reembolsos a aquellos que incumplan estas condiciones. (Recogida de cruceros) • Para este tour, asegúrese de estar fuera del crucero y listo para subir al vehículo antes de las 7:00 am o 12:00 pm para evitar perderse el tour. (Tenga en cuenta que desembarcar podría tomar alrededor de 30 minutos a una hora.) • Una vez que salgamos del crucero, nos reuniremos con usted frente al letrero 'I LOVE PUERTO RICO' a la hora acordada. ¡Esperamos hacer que su experiencia en Rainforest sea memorable!” • Si elige el tour matutino, por favor confirme que su crucero sale de Puerto Rico después de la 1 : 30 pm para garantizar la llegada oportuna. Para el tour de las 12:00 pm, compruebe amablemente que su crucero salga después de las 6:30 pm para garantizar una llegada sin problemas.

Entendemos que la naturaleza del tour implica actividades que pueden aumentar el riesgo de perder elementos, como caminar en terreno irregular, nadar en el río, deslizarse sobre rocas y saltar al agua. Si un participante elige traer objetos personales, lo hace bajo su propio riesgo. No podremos detener la excursión para buscar objetos perdidos en el bosque o río. Agradecemos su comprensión y cooperación para garantizar que todos disfruten de una experiencia sin preocupaciones.
- Es obligatorio el uso de chaleco salvavidas y casco.
- Los participantes deben ser físicamente capaces de caminar por superficies empinadas, rocosas, embarradas e irregulares sin ayuda.
- Este tour opera según las condiciones climáticas y del río. En caso de mal tiempo, se le ofrecerá la opción de reprogramar o reembolsar.
- Se requiere un mínimo de 4 personas por reserva
- Los sábados la caminata es alrededor de 15 minutos más larga ya que partimos desde un punto diferente.
- Las personas con las restricciones de salud mencionadas anteriormente no pueden participar en el tour. No se autorizarán reembolsos si una persona no lee la descripción completa y no cumple con los requisitos y limitaciones de seguridad el día del tour.
- Política de Pertenencias Personales para la Excursión a la Selva Tropical: En nuestra excursión por la selva tropical, la seguridad y la experiencia de nuestros huéspedes son nuestras principales prioridades. Debido a la naturaleza de la actividad —que involucra caminatas, contacto con el agua y movimiento constante en un ambiente natural— recomendamos encarecidamente que los participantes no traigan objetos personales a menos que sea absolutamente necesario. Si bien permitimos el uso de anteojos recetados para aquellos que los necesitan para la visión, todos los demás artículos personales deben dejarse en un lugar seguro antes de la excursión.
- Tours Hacker se reserva el derecho de admisión - Si una persona parece estar bajo la influencia de alcohol o drogas, no sigue instrucciones, causa interrupciones o proporciona información falsa, como mentir sobre su edad, el guía tiene el derecho de cancelar su reserva. en cualquier momento. Our experience was phenomenal. Transportation was easy and convenient. Our guide Myrllam was great. She was fun, helpful, and knowledgeable. She helped us be present and enjoy the beautiful nature around us as well. You will be completely wet so wear shoes, a shirt, and shorts that you don’t mind getting wet. There are many points where you will be climbing rocks, but overall it is not very difficult. Would definitely recommend this experience.

I was so nervous to do my an excursion without my friend group but from the very beginning Myrllam brought energy to this experience that allowed me to fill the perfect mix of excited, calm, and safe. Our experience was amazing, our guide Arnel made sure we were able to do it all and give us a lot of reassurance and help when needed. He made our trip very fun and safe and gave us the opportunity to do everything with confidence. We had an amazing time going down the slide, cliff jumping and swinging as well, we were a group of 6 and had a blast. Our guide Alex did an amazing job! He was prompt and maintained great communication before picking us up. During our adventure he maintained a pace that was excellent for everyone in our group, with varying levels of comfort. He kept us safe, providing step by step guidance. We had an amazing experience on the El Yunque Rainforest Tour with waterslides, cliff jumping, and the rope swing! Amel was an excellent guide. He very knowledgeable, informative, and safety-conscious throughout the entire trip. He took the time to explain the history and ecology of the rainforest while making sure everyone felt comfortable and prepared for each activity. The natural waterslide, cliff jump, and rope swing were all incredible experiences. I’ll never forget the rush of sliding down the smooth rock into the cool, clear pool below. Standing at the edge of the cliff jump, heart pounding, and then taking the leap into the refreshing water was unforgettable. Amel’s careful guidance helped make the adventure both fun and safe. He was patient, professional, and made sure everyone in the group had a great time. I highly recommend this tour and especially Amel as a guide.
