Our hot air balloon flight with Marrakech By Air was without doubt one of the highlights of our holiday in Morocco and the perfect way to celebrate my 40th birthday. After hearing that balloon flights had been suspended the previous week, we were absolutely delighted that they resumed in time for our booking. From the early morning hotel pick-up, everything was incredibly well organised and ran like clockwork. A huge thank you to our pilot, Captain Yanis, who was exceptional throughout. He was warm, friendly, funny and highly professional, instantly putting everyone at ease. He explained every stage of the flight, shared fascinating information about the area and made sure everyone felt safe, relaxed and included. His enthusiasm was infectious and his calm confidence made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Watching the sunrise over the Moroccan countryside while dozens of colourful balloons floated around us was simply breathtaking. The views across the desert landscape and towards the Atlas Mountains were spectacular, and the peaceful silence while drifting through the sky is something we’ll never forget. We also loved the carefully chosen music played during the flight, which created an incredible atmosphere and made the experience feel even more magical. After landing we enjoyed a delicious traditional Berber breakfast, received our flight certificates and had time to chat with the team before returning to Marrakech. Every member of staff we met was welcoming, organised and genuinely passionate about making the experience special. Thank you to Captain Yanis and the entire Marrakech By Air team for creating memories we’ll treasure forever. If you’re visiting Marrakech, don’t hesitate to book—you’ll remember this long after you’ve returned home.

This was such an incredible experience, I’d recommend it to anyone who was in Marrakesh. It was very smooth and well organised. And to top it all off they gave us breakfast!

Hot air balloons yes. This company, no! The driver was late. Sun rise was 6:30am (ish)? We got picked up at 6:40am and didn’t get in the balloon until 8:45am/9am. The pit stop for coffee before getting in the balloon was annoying. Very disorganised. We were driving up and down the roads for so long as no one knew where our balloon was. Our balloon wasn’t even ready. Every other balloon had landed before we got in the air and by then the sun was well and truly up. I gave this 3 stars as we actually got a balloon ride but would give it 2 stars. At 1 point they were talking about changing to a later time of day. The Berber breakfast afterwards was OK but the staff there were excellent and entertaining

An unforgettable hot air balloon experience from start to finish! Hotel pickup and drop-off were perfectly organized, making everything stress-free. The pre-flight breakfast was lovely, especially the fresh croissant—it was absolutely delicious! Our captain, Noor, was incredibly friendly, made everyone feel comfortable, and even took amazing photos of our group, asking us where we’d like them taken. The flight itself was magical, and receiving a flight certificate at the end was a wonderful touch. The traditional Moroccan breakfast after the ride was delicious and made the whole experience feel truly worth every penny. Highly recommended!

Great morning, great communication from Youssef prior to the trip so we knew exactly what was going on. Stopped off for a pastry and juice prior to flight. Flight was anmazing - such a great experience. our balloon pilot Yanis to was fantastic. Following our flight we were taken for breakfast again this was brilliant and great location 100% recommend this trip - Thank you to all involve making it such a memorable day 😀 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The balloon ride was a wow experience as first time for us as a family. Noor our balloon ride driver was very confident and funny at times as well. A smooth take off and an equally smooth landing, could not have asked for more. The breakfast at end was brilliant as well. All in all excellent activity 👌🤩
