Excellent massage and Hammam experience. Have been to Marrakech before and must say this one was great when compared to previous ones. They arranged pick and drop off as requested and really kind staff.

An amazing experience from start to finish! The Moroccan hammam was very clean, relaxing, and beautifully organized. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and attentive. The massage was perfect and left me feeling completely refreshed and relaxed. The atmosphere was calm and authentic, and the transfer service was smooth and well arranged. We had such a busy day the day before we were booked in for the hammam and massage, that it was something that we were really looking forward to. We had booked private transport and the company that took us was excellent, Iwafi contacted us the day before to make sure the address was correct so that our driver knew where to go, Abdullah was on time, he was very friendly and the car was lovely and cool. He took to us the spa and said he would be waiting for us when we finished. The spa was lovely, the ladies were friendly and welcoming, once we had changed into the robes we were taken through to the hammam, where they rubbed us down with the olive soap and after 10 minutes they came and scrubbed us free of the stress and tension from the previous days adventure, we were covered with a mud mask and we lay on the warm marble letting the heat works it’s magic, they came back and washed us and our hair, we then went for the massage, which was lovely, and although I was quite sore with my neck, I could feel the benefits of the heat and massage. Once we had finished and were dressed, we were told that Abdullah was waiting for us, I asked him if I could pop into the pharmacy next door but unfortunately it was closed, so Abdullah then took us to the nearest open pharmacy (which was on the opposite side of the street, he guided me across the street which was extremely busy), I cannot thank Abdullah enough for his care and support, this spa and private transport company are exemplary in their care for their patrons and we cannot recommend them enough.

Had an amazing traditional hammam experience in Marrakech. The session lasted about 2 hours and included a relaxing steam room treatment, massage, and multiple offers of tea throughout. Four ladies assisted during the experience and made it incredibly calming and rejuvenating. They also provide secure lockers for your belongings, which was a nice touch. Definitely make sure to bring enough cash to tip both the staff and your driver. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience and something I can’t wait to do again.

Transportation and communication was great in arranging pick up and drop off after booking. Response time was very quick. The actual hammam experience was very efficient which was not necessarily what I was looking for in a spa day. The massage was surprisingly effective despite being almost too big for the table and having a very petite masseuse. Worth the cost but not quite what I was looking for.

Good communication, pick up service top van with air conditioning. Friendly staff, clean hamman was quite tasty to do once especially for this price. Massage was very good! Look completely relaxed. Sure thing!

From start to finish, this was pure bliss. The pickup service was punctual and professional, taking all the stress out of navigating Marrakech. The Hammam left my skin feeling incredibly soft, followed by a massage that was hands down the best I’ve ever had. Ending the session with a glass of traditional mint tea in the lounge was the perfect touch. A must-visit for relaxation!

This was my first hammam experience, and unfortunately, it did not fully meet my expectations. Although the hammam itself felt good and relaxing, the overall service lacked consistency and professionalism. We experienced a delay of almost 45 minutes despite arriving on time, and the treatment felt uneven compared to other guests receiving the same service. During the massage, the therapist used their cellphone and spoke with another person, which made it difficult to fully relax. In addition, some promised amenities, such as tea and water, were either forgotten or only provided after asking. I am sharing this feedback not to be negative, but in hopes that the service can become more attentive, consistent, and equitable for all guests. On the other hand, the driver was very nice and very attentive. I appreciated that service.
