Un viñedo con vistas espectaculares al Mar Mediterráneo. Conocerás la cultura vitivinícola de Manilva, con viñas en peligro de desaparecer por el acoso urbanístico. En el CIVIMA descubrirás la viticultura, enología y tradiciones vitivinícolas . En el mismo edificio CIVIMA se encuentra la pequeña bodega, donde elaboramos nuestros premiados vinos NILVA. Finalizaremos nuestra visita en la Viña del Peñoncillo, lugar muy especial, con unas inmejorables vistas al Mar Mediterráneo, África y la Costa del Sol. Allí, disfrutando de la brisa marina, degustaremos nuestros vinos NILVA. Y si quieres formar parte de nuestra comunidad y colaborar con el Proyecto Salvemos las Viñas de Manilva, podrás apadrinar una de nuestras cepas. Una vez finalizada la visita, en escasos minutos, podrás darte un refrescante baño en las aguas del Mediterráneo o disfrutar de la gastronomía local del marisco y pescado, como los espetos de sardinas, en alguno de los restaurantes y chiringuitos ubicados a pie de playa

A fantastic experience, would highly reccomend! Magi was fantastic and taught us so much about Manilva wine and its history. The tour of the winery was incredibly interesting. The tasting took place in the vineyard with the most fantastic view, a perfect evening activity! Thanks again Magi and Nilva ❤️
A fantastic wine and tapas experience delivered by Maggie. A must do if you are staying in the area. We were staying in Duquesa. The wine tastes amazing and the tasting overlooking the vineyard and sea was a real highlight of our holiday. We booked the 6:30pm tour and it was great way to spend the evening. If you enjoy wine then a trip to Nilva is a must.
A very informative wine tour and tasting
What an absolute pleasure it was to enjoy the Nilva Wine Experience this evening!!! 🍷✨ Maggie, our host, is an incredible asset to the Manilva wine tourism industry. She educated us about Manilva wine and history with such passion, humour, and love ❤️ From the minute we arrived, she made sure we all had an amazing experience 🙌 This was the first time our group Random Fun Adventures have collaborated, and it definitely will not be the last!!! 🤝✨ The pictures do it no justice!!! 📸 From the museum tour, to the distillery, to the vineyards, to the sunset wine tasting and complimentary cheese, jamon & chocolates… it was all absolutely divine 🌅🍇🧀🍷 They even let us bring our own charcuterie boards to enhance the seaview experience 👌🏾 Please please please treat yourself and book onto this tour. And support an incredible local business right here in Manilva 💚 And just a little side note — even if you don’t drink alcohol or wine, it’s still a very informative and inclusive evening. Everyone is welcome 🫶 We absolutely loved it!!! Thanks again Nilva 🍷🍇
First I have to say that Maggie was our guide/sommelier and was fabulous! Not knowing anything about the wines they make I was amazed at the quality. Nilva produces two dry moscatel wines that are both wonderful! If you have a chance to visit when in Manilva do not miss this winery!!!
Thank you very much for your feedback. Although we are a relatively young and very small winery, we have already received significant recognition for our dry Muscat wines. Much of this success is down to the exceptional quality of the grapes from Manilva, grown in unique conditions. Best regards
We had the most wonderful experience learning about the history and process of Nilva wine. The tour was interesting and the wine tasting was wonderful surrounded by beautiful views. Maggie was very entertaining and you can she the passion she has for the job she does. Looking forward to returning.

The tour was excellent from start to finish. Beginning with the history of the area and the vineyard. Ending with wine testing with magnificent views as well as vino. Our guide, Maggie was warm, informative and full of good humour. We would thoroughly recommend.

We had an absolutely fantastic time on this wine tour! It was myself, my spouse, my mom, and my stepdad, and we traveled all the way from Canada while staying in the Casares area. This experience was truly one of the highlights of our trip. Maggie was incredibly welcoming and inviting from the start—she has a great sense of humor and an impressive knowledge of wine that she shares in such an approachable way. We began with a visit to the wine museum, then toured the winery itself, and later enjoyed a beautiful walk out to the vineyard. The views along the way were stunning and really added to the whole experience. What we appreciated most was how Maggie explained each wine in a simple, easy-to-understand way. It made the tasting both enjoyable and educational without ever feeling overwhelming. We highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area. It’s a perfect mix of scenery, learning, and fun. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in the region!

Maggie was just fantastic, her enthusiasm for the wine and the region made us all be excited about the wine too. Whist the inclement weather stopped us from visiting the vineyards the experience was definitely worth it, with a generous glass to taste. We were also able to get a taste of the students “experiment” Cava! A thoroughly enjoyable experience one I have no hesitation in recommending.
It’s a shame you weren’t able to visit the vineyard because of the bad weather. Let’s hope you’ll be able to complete your visit in the future. Regards.
