Our driver was absolutely fine, however, the owner was very rude and tried demanding more money from me through what’s app. I wasn’t even getting his messages until I was on WiFi and I was appalled at how many nasty voice messages, texts, and voicemails I had received. Our flight was delayed one hour which he knew about. Customs took us one hour to get through and he tried to charge me another $70 for the “half hour” over their standard waiting time. The driver did not say anything and we even tipped him generously. I’ve never been treated such a way through viator
Dear Ms. Jaclyn Vazquez, We strongly reject this misleading version of events. The facts are clear, documented, and supported by the vehicle’s GPS records, flight tracking data, WhatsApp messages, and communications with the driver. Your flight was scheduled to arrive at 12:05 p.m. and actually landed at 12:59 p.m. We were fully aware of the delay because, as clearly stated in our terms and conditions, we monitor every flight online and calculate the complimentary waiting time from the actual landing time—not from the scheduled arrival time. Our service includes 60 minutes of free waiting after the aircraft lands. After that period, the customer may either pay the additional waiting charge or the driver is entitled to leave. No professional transport company can reasonably be expected to keep a luxury vehicle and a licensed driver waiting for two, three, or four hours without compensation. The vehicle and driver have operating costs, and extended waiting may also cause the company to lose subsequent bookings. Despite this, our driver remained at Malpensa Airport until 3:41 p.m.—a total of 2 hours and 42 minutes after your flight landed. Therefore, the complimentary waiting time expired at 1:59 p.m., and almost two additional hours should have been charged. As a gesture of goodwill, we requested payment for only one additional hour, not two. You were informed in advance that the driver would continue waiting subject to the additional charge. Nevertheless, you refused to pay the driver, placing him in an extremely uncomfortable situation because he understandably wished to avoid an argument at the airport. You then also refused to pay the company through the secure payment link that we sent you. The fact that the driver remained polite and completed the transfer does not mean that the additional waiting time was free. It means that he behaved professionally despite being placed in a difficult position. Describing our legitimate request for payment as an attempt to “charge more through WhatsApp” is therefore completely inaccurate. We did not invent an unexpected fee: we simply applied the waiting-time conditions included in the booking contract, and even reduced the amount that was actually due. Frankly, it would have been easier and more commercially sensible for the driver to leave after the agreed 60-minute waiting period, leaving you to arrange and pay for another vehicle. Instead, we chose to assist you and ensure that you reached Milan safely. Receiving this review after providing almost three hours of airport attendance, while the agreed extra charge remains unpaid, shows a serious lack of respect for our driver, his time, and his work. We welcome honest criticism, but we cannot accept a review that omits the documented timeline and portrays a contractual charge as improper conduct. The records speak for themselves: Flight landed: 12:59 p.m. Complimentary waiting expired: 1:59 p.m. Passengers met and service continued: 3:41 p.m. Total waiting time after landing: 2 hours and 42 minutes. Extra waiting requested: only one hour. Future customers can therefore judge for themselves whether our request was unreasonable—or whether our company and driver demonstrated exceptional patience and professionalism. The driver was reaching upon our arrival to the baggage claim, and he was generous with his time since we’ve required extra time to get through the airport. Took us safely and efficiently to our destination hotel, and pointed out some information locally while allowing us privacy in our own conversation. Very nice experience ..excellent!

Our driver was right on time for our pick up and very friendly and professional. It was only a short walk with him to the very nice van and the baby seat we requested was all installed (correctly) ahead. Smooth drive in to Milan and dropped off at our door. Cannot fault the experience we had.

We had an excellent experience with this car service in Milan and highly recommend them. From start to finish, the communication was clear and professional, making our logistics stress-free. Fabrizio and Matteo were on time, friendly, and extremely helpful with our large amount of luggage. We used them for both a pickup from the train station and multiple transfers from our apartment to two different airports. Booked transfer from airport to accomodation. Originally I had made a mistake and put down the wrong airport but the company quickly contacted me by phone and email to let me know ASAP to amend my details. The company contacted me through WhatsApp to see if the transfer went okay and wished us a nice trip - which was a lovely touch. Would recommend, friendly but professional service.
