Mallorca : Paseo en kayak, cueva marina, salto acantilado y snorkel

I had an amazing time doing The Challenge Mallorca. This sort of experience is out of my comfort zone but I thoroughly enjoyed it and the guides made it a really fun, I was even able to do the cliff jump!

The tour offered a relaxed atmosphere, entertaining guides, and a safe environment, with the cave visit acting as the highlight. However, equipment hygiene and operational details require improvement. The equipment was poorly maintained. My life jacket had black spots resembling mold, and the helmet smelled of sweat. Consequently, I declined to use the snorkeling gear. The treasure hunt finale lacked follow-through. Children who found a key received small toys, but staff required them to return the items immediately after taking photos. The included picnic occurred by the road behind the transport van rather than by the sea. The photo service presented quality and procedural issues. Pictures were frequently foggy or obscured by water droplets. Furthermore, images from the entire day encompassing all events were uploaded together, requiring customers to search through over 700 files to locate their own. Finally, staff stated they would only provide the photo link after receiving a screenshot of a published review. This condition was absent from the initial offer and raises questions regarding the objectivity of the company's online ratings.

Way more than I expected! Had a great time with my family including two daughters age 11 and 13.

Had to travel a distance to get there. Parking very limited. Parked in a neighborhood then walked a few blocks. Wished we had more time snorkeling or jumping off cliff. Just once off the cliff per person. Swim from kayaks to cliff all the snorkeling we got but we fid see a few cool fish. Pictures came out just ok. Other groups pictures were much better focused & clearer. Overall would have liked more time on the activities instead of walking & talking

We were staying in Palma so it was a bit if a drive since no other pick ups offered, however the drive was nice & easy. Go early to secure a parking spot. Fills up quickly. Kayaking was very nice, super easy, cool caves. Guides were very friendly, spoke great English & very helpful. Water was beautiful! Cliff jumping great fun just wished for more time with all

It was a lot of fun getting to do a kayak race, wade/ swim in a sea cave and do some cliff diving and snorkeling! Cliff was only about 10 feet high, nothing scary. All equipment provided except towels. Guides were really into it! Plenty of parking at the meeting point in Alcudia, but it would have been helpful to know which shuttle to take back to that spot since it seemed like we took the wrong one back. There were no signs saying which bus went where.

Easy to book. Great activities and guides. We did it with our three children 7, 10 and 12. They loved it and so did we. The guides were really fun and made the trip extra memorable. Would highly recommend for families.

It was fun, an unexpected jolt of family fun in the hot days of August. The guides were great, and the day was good.
