We know they use Copilot to respond to reviews…! :-) I really liked the visit. They are punctual, the history of the Cailler house is interesting. Small chocolate tasting along the way and especially at the end. Get your tickets in advance. Parking is a bit of a walk away but completely doable. It should be better indicated, by the way.
Very immersive, and a great tasting at the end
Booked as part of a holiday we did the tour first which was very good. We then dud the chocolate experience it was great.

I hadn't been here for a very long time and I think the 1st part of the tour (the 8 rooms) could use a little refresh. It also seems to me that the assortment of chocolates at the end of the tour has been greatly reduced.

Our company has contracted with the head. Chef of Callier - Geraldine 6 times over the past 9 years. She has created an innovative and creative competition customized for our group. This year, she brought along passionate staff support from Nathalie. Our teams explored the complex intricate and precise skills involved with chocolate sculpting. Our teams were exhilarated by the challenging nature of the activity and heralding and Nathalie were entertaining and warm hosts. I find the audio guide format disappointing when I take a tour, it is generally better with a live guide, furthermore many historical errors are slipped into the narration but a very beautiful and delicious tasting awaits you at the end of the tour.
