Escápate de Florencia en busca de una famosa finca de Chianti Classico, donde hacer pasta es un ritual diario. Esta experiencia combina la instrucción culinaria profesional con una evocadora leyenda local. Antes de cocinar, descubrirás la historia de la noble y sus siete doncellas que protegen estos viñedos, un misterio reflejado en las etiquetas de los vinos de diseño de la finca. En la cocina, un chef profesional le guiará en la elaboración de tagliatelle de huevo perfecto, salsa cremosa Cacio & Pepe y auténtico Tiramisù. Lo más destacado es el banquete "farm-to-table" : un generoso banquete que incluye un plato de aperitivos toscanos, su pasta hecha a mano, y un segundo plato de "Pici" con ragù artesanal. La comida se eleva mediante una cata técnica de 5 vinos premium (Vermentino, Chianti Classico y Supertuscans). Maia was great she knows so much about wineries and all the processes to make wine and Tuscan products. Our chef was great my family and I had a great time learning how to make pasta from scratch and the REAL tiramisu! I highly recommend this tour.
