Amazing experience from start to finish. Everything well planned and executed. Helpful informative guide, Tyler, kept us going and on time yet didn’t feel too rushed. Would recommend and do it again next time!

My family and I had an amazing and unforgettable experience on this tour. This is mostly due to our tour guide, Tyler, being an amazing and informative guide. We would not have of had the same great experience if not for him. The bus ride to the castle is scenic and beautiful, and going through the cute and humble Olde Town was very fun as well. Tyler gives you the option to walk around Olde Town or ride down the Alpine Coaster (the latter is heavily recommended due to the amount of fun and how pretty the view is). The food is selected by yourself, and the place you eat is wonderful. Getting to the castle itself is also quite fun, as you have the option to hike or take the bus. I recommend the hike as Tyler knew all the amazing spots for photos, and will be more than happy to help take them. Experience was a 10/10. The value was about 9/10. I absolutely recommend this tour. Once again, thank you Tyler for an unforgettable experience!

This was honestly one of the highlights of our Europe trip! We did the Neuschwanstein Bus Tour with Tyler, and I couldn’t recommend it more. From the moment we left Munich, the day was so well organised and relaxed. The drive itself was beautiful, with incredible views of the Bavarian countryside, charming little towns, mountains, and lakes. It never felt like we were just travelling to the castle, the journey was part of the experience. Tyler was an amazing guide. He was incredibly knowledgeable, confident, and you could tell he genuinely loves what he does. I always appreciate guides who are passionate about their job because it makes the whole experience so much more enjoyable, and Tyler definitely delivered. He shared interesting stories throughout the day, gave us fantastic recommendations on where to go, the best photo spots, and even suggested local businesses like the donuts, which were absolutely worth stopping for! One thing I really appreciated was that we never felt rushed. We had plenty of time to take everything in, enjoy the scenery, get photos, browse the shops, and simply soak up the atmosphere without feeling like we were constantly watching the clock. The lunch stop was another highlight. The food was absolutely delicious, and the view was simply breathtaking. Sitting there surrounded by the Alps made the meal even more memorable. Neuschwanstein Castle itself is even more impressive in person. Seeing the castle perched above the valley is something I’ll never forget, and the guided visit inside was fascinating. Every room had its own story, and learning about the history made us appreciate the castle even more. The views from around the castle are spectacular and truly feel like you’re standing in a real-life fairytale. The bus was also really comfortable, with air conditioning and drinks available, which made the journey to and from Munich even more enjoyable. By the end of the day, it honestly felt like we were part of the crew rather than just people on a tour. Tyler created such a welcoming and fun atmosphere that everyone felt included. If you’re thinking about visiting Neuschwanstein while you’re in Munich, don’t hesitate—book this tour. It was adventurous, informative, relaxing, and packed with some of the most beautiful scenery we’ve ever seen. It was honestly such an amazing experience, Tyler was very informative, very engaging which was a huge bonus because I struggle sometimes to engage. The details and the directions were impeccable as it pinpoint and accurate. Everything was run smoothly and the best part about it all was that we saw and experienced amazing things. Excellent day out for our family of four with older boys. Rollercoaster very fast ride if you choose to. Lunch good quality and not rushed. The castle is the highlight. I climbed and found it reasonably hard going but glad I did it. The bridge gives a great view though is white knuckle if like me you suffer from screaming vertigo. We didn't do the castle tour and that was fine. Tyler looked after us well with a good level of history and everything was on time.

David was an amazing guide. We loved our day trip to Neuschwanstein Castle. My kids both said the alpine coaster was the highlight of the day. The hike up to the castle was a little exhausting for my 6&7 year old but very doable. The lunch we were taken to was amazing and very reasonable priced too. We returned at 7:30pm, which is way later than our normal dinner time, so if you have kids, pack snacks.

My family and I had an amazing day with Tyler from Mikes Bikes Tour. The day was long but Tyler made it interesting and enjoyable with all his facts, commentary and friendly demeanor. My family participated in the mountain coaster and Neuschwanstein tour experience. My mother was with us and didn't want to participate in the coaster ride so there was an alternate activity offered instead more her speed. Everything was planned down to the letter and it was seamless. This is especially important with a group of roughly 30 people. I would definitely recommend this company, Tyler and the adventure. Even our 10 and 15 year old boys enjoyed the day.
