INFORMACIÓN DE CONTACTO UNA VEZ QUE LLEGUE AL AEROPUERTO DE CANCÚN Cuando llegue al Aeropuerto Internacional de Cancún, por favor siga estas indicaciones para encontrar al conductor que lo transportará a su destino: “Te recomendamos descargar la aplicación WhatsApp durante tu estancia en el Caribe Mexicano para facilitar la comunicación y mejorar tu experiencia.” Por favor, muestre en tu teléfono tu comprobante de confirmación al representante de la compañía y al conductor a su llegada. • Una vez que aterrice en el Aeropuerto de Cancún, recibirás un mensaje de texto SMS o Whatsapp del el presentante de Aeropuerto de la empresa y primero deberá pasar por inmigración y aduana. Nosotros estaremos monitoreando tu vuelo y la terminal de llegada hasta que usted salga... Después de pasar por inmigración, recoger su equipaje y pasar aduana, verá vendedores de tiempos compartidos y transporte a lo largo del pasillo. Ellos intentarán ofrecerle tours gratuitos y asistencia con sus traslados. POR FAVOR IGNÓRELOS (no hable con ellos y continúe caminando). Busque a nuestro equipo después de salir por la puerta principal corrediza; estaremos esperándolo en el área donde se encuentran todas las demás compañías de transporte. • El representante de la compañía lo recibirá sosteniendo una tableta con tu nombre escrito y estará vestido con una camisa verde manga larga. Vaya directamente a las puertas de salida. Si algún representante de otras agencias u hoteles intenta detenerlo —HAY MUCHOS ESTAFADORES— por favor no se detenga y ayúdenos yendo directamente con nuestro representante (estaremos ahí esperándolo, así que no crea a personas que digan que nuestro equipo se fue o que le reembolsarán). Nuestros representantes del aeropuerto llevan uniforme con camisa verde manzana y pantalón negro. Todos nuestros representantes y conductores también cuentan con una identificación autorizada del aeropuerto. Si tarda más de una hora en salir de la terminal después de su aterrizaje debido a su aerolínea, pérdida de equipaje u otra razón, y si no ve a nuestro conductor cuando salga del aeropuerto, por favor contáctenos. Nos comprometemos a proporcionar un servicio de transporte fluido, puntual y cómodo. Tenga en cuenta las siguientes políticas: No se aplicarán cargos adicionales si los miembros de su grupo llegan en vuelos diferentes, siempre y cuando se nos notifique con antelación. Si no se nos informa con antelación y se producen cambios de última hora, tiempos de espera prolongados o desplazamientos adicionales dentro del aeropuerto, se aplicará un cargo adicional debido a la logística extra que ello supone. Si necesita una silla para bebés, solicítela con antelación al hacer su reserva (solo 2 sillas por reserva). Lamentablemente, no disponemos de sillas para bebés con poca antelación o en el último momento. Este ticket es valido para un viaje de ida si desean un servicio redondo debes reservar otro ticket dirígete en tu portal de Viator(TripAdvisor) y busca los “productos salidas desde Hoteles hacia el Aeropuerto de Cancun”.

STP Caribe provided an excellent services from Cancun airport to the hotel zone. Jesus the driver was prompt and courteous. Fresh towels to clean your face and hands after your flight arrival into a spotless SUV black limo perfect for 4 passengers. Cold beer and water during your trip. Excelent service to greet you outside the terminal.

Emanuel sandaval Was so Great. Had water and other drinks waiting for us and even made a quick stop to pick up a few things we had left at home

We were picked up in a luxury GMC Denali from the Cancun airport, taken to a Playa Mujeres resort. Alfredo was our driver. He greeted us with hand sanitizer and aromatic hand towels. He was friendly and hospitable. The vehicle was clean as usual. We’ve probably used this company at least 10 times, and referred the company to family and friends. You’d be pleased should you decide to book them.

Our host was Marcelo, who was extremely responsive. As this was our first trip to Cancun, as soon as our flight landed, I received a text. He stayed in touch with me until he escorted us to our driver Darwin. Darwin was professional, kind and our service was exceptional!!! My husband and I were met with hand sanitizer, a cool towel, a mint and a cold bottle of water! The customer service by both gentlemen was impressive!!! Thank you for such a coordinated ride! We are so grateful for your hospitality and kindness!
