May cancel last minute- beware
First off, we did book same day (early in the day) for the trip out of Trojir HOWEVER 15 minutes before we were to meet the boat the excursion showed cancel without explanation or better notice on a beautiful day. A message would have been appreciated.

Thank you for taking the time to award our Luxury Sunset Cruise a one-star review, despite unfortunately never having had the opportunity to experience the cruise itself.
We completely understand your disappointment regarding the last-minute cancellation, particularly after making a same-day booking, and we agree that better communication would have been preferable. For that, we sincerely apologize.
That said, even on a seemingly beautiful day, unforeseen operational or safety-related circumstances can occasionally prevent a departure. Such decisions are never made lightly, nor with the intention of inconveniencing our guests.
We do, however, appreciate the rather unusual opportunity to receive feedback on the quality of an excursion that did not actually take place for you. We only wish you had been able to join us and review the sunset cruise based on the experience itself.
Hopefully, we will have the opportunity to welcome you aboard another time — and earn a rating based on the cruise rather than its cancellation.

Wonderful experience recommended to everyone who comes to Split!
Such a wonderful experience sailing through beautiful scenery at sunset; booking was super easy (we booked quite last-minute and they made it work), the guides were amazing, and the boat was comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful time!
