Mi pasión por la cocina y las recetas de mi familia han mejorado con el tiempo en las mejores escuelas de cocina Italiana e internacional. La abuela Bruna y sus nietos asistieron a la escuela 3 estrellas Michelin de Paul Bocuse en Ecully, pero nuestros mejores maestros en nuestra familia fueron nuestras abuelas. Te abriré mi casa en un elegante edificio en el centro de Milán de fácil acceso en Metro desde cada rincón de MilánPasarás tres horas inolvidables rodeado de una galería de arte privada familiar, en una casa muy elegante, te comerás los clásicos Italianos que has preparado : pasta raviolis y helado y también se te mostrará cómo hacer tiramisú. Hablamos otros 10 idiomas, pero solo bajo petición y privado (mínimo 10 estudiantes) o solo unas pocas palabras serán explicadas durante la clase de Inglés.

The cooking class was very authentic and super pleasant.

Yesterday I had a lovely time doing the three hour course with our instructor Mario. He was a very good teacher to the group and was incredibly kind and generous to us all. The three hours flew by and I am very keen to do another class with Mario when I am next in Milan. I would 100% recommend this class to anybody who wants to learn how to make authentic pasta and meet some lovely people.
It was a fun evening learning to make pasta and gelatto. Ms. Laura did a great job keeping everyone engaged and keeping us on a schedule, which was impressive. She shared many secrets of Italy to debunk myths we may have learned. The food was good, the connection with other families was fun and it was a harmonious night of fun.
What a great time!! We all loved the cooking class! It was our first time to book a cooking class and we were so glad we did!
I did this on my own which was perfect, you do not need a partner. The instructions are so easy to folly so I can’t wait to repeat them when I’m back home. Come hungry and you will not regret it!

A great event if you're looking for something to do with friends for a special occasion. Katharina was a brilliant host and made the class really enjoyable with her sense of humour. The pasta was delicious, but relatively simple.
Absolutely excellent. He made it super fun. There was so much food. I would come back just for the experience!!!
