I had a wonderful time learning and cooking pasta! The hosts were really friendly and kind the whole evening! The whole evening was about 4 hours long! The hosts were knowledgeable about the area so I recommend booking at the beginning of your trip so you can ask for recommendations!

This was a wonderful way to spend an afternoon in Verona - cooking with Valli and Dave! Friendly, welcoming, funny, genuine, thorough and patient. From the time they welcomed us into their home until the time we left, this was a positive experience. Valli explained and demonstrated and we were hands on making our pasta, two ingredients and away we went. The sauces Valli made to accompany the pastas had minimal ingredients, quick and very tasty. Whitty, easy conversation flowed with our meals accompanied with a nice red from Dave’s family vineyard.

Valli and Dave made us feel like treasured friends from the moment they met us at the door. We learned so much and can’t wait to start making our own pasta! Valli’s instruction made the cooking easy and Dave’s antics kept us laughing. My favourite part was eating our homemade pasta and sharing stories together. We are happy to be part of your cooking family!

I would give them 100 stars of I could. This class was exceptional and far more than a cooking class. We did make great pasta but we also had great conversations over exceptional local wines. We had laughter, we gained knowledge, we made friends. I highly recommend this class to anyone!

Myself and my Mom had a class with Valli in July. We had the most amazing time! The class was so informative and fun and Valli and Dave are so friendly and welcoming. The food and wine we had was delicious and I recommend to anyone travelling to Verona. I am not very creative, but after the class I am making pasta at home successfully!

What a fun and delicious experience! Valli and Dave welcome you into their home, teach you so much about making pasta, sauce and cooking while having a fabulous time. We chose this class because we wanted to learn some new things about making pasta and this class did not disappoint. We have made pasta before, yet we learned SO much we didn’t know. There is so much more to learn than we thought. Valli is not only knowledgeable, but also an excellent teacher. She is patient and clear and guides you along the way, sometimes demonstrating and sometimes guiding while you do as she instructed. The result is beautiful, very delicious and healthy pasta that you get to eat with them. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our time with them and feel blessed to have made new friends in Verona. We hope they will visit us in California sometime!
