I have used this company (calypso) for the past few trips. Overall excellent (you end up in your own van which I love). The drivers are very nice and professional. My only issue is that they were not holding up the correct sign (they must work with other companies) so we walked past them (yellow shirts) and could not find them for over 15-20 minutes. Not the best start to a vacation. On the way home the driver was early which I appreciated!
Good email communications weeks and days before trip. with easy to follow instructions when arrived at airport. Once outside at pickup area around canopy 7. We were on our way in 5 minutes. Nice vehicles with good ac. I will book again, when we return
They made transport easy with a clean and comfortable vehicle. They got us safely to our hotel and were accommodating.
You hooked us up with Terramar shuttle company. They were very friendly going to the resort. We contacted the rep Sebastian when we got to the hotel for the return. He told us they would pick us up at 9:25 2/14. He even arranged a wheel chair for my brother in law who can't walk. We waited until 9:45 and the bellman went and got him. He said someone changed our pickup to 10:25 without telling us. He arranged a taxi which he said we would be reimbursed for and we would get a refund for the shuttle that didn't come. They barely made their flight and my sister in law was stressed out. I would like a refund of the shutlle cost and reimbursed for the taxi. I have copy of the taxi receipt. Who do I contact?
Super easy and fast to get to a hard rock Hotel they were friendly and informative. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future.

Very easy to find our shuttle, great directions to the shuttle location where we were met by the yellow shirted shuttle company. Seamless reservation process and follow through. Nice shuttle and personnel

The van was punctual and clean. Our drivers were polite and friendly. The price was 1/2 the price as compared to the one offered from the hotel website.
