The vessel pictured is not the one you travel on. While everyone performed their duties adequately to safely get us on and off board the boat. I would definitely stop short of saying, friendly and accommodating. The “guided“ tour was pre-recorded complete with many mistakes and often not timed correctly to the sites that we were passing. The route was sufficient to get good views, but again the pre-recorded information was not timed correctly A couple of live interruptions to the pre-recording were the announcement of the sea lions, which was admittedly cool and of course, don’t forget to visit the concession stand. While the boat was certainly safe and adequate again, it was not the vessel pictured nor would I anyway say it was nice. Once we were safely docked and tied off, we disembarked to see a once again disinterested crew member, holding a tip bucket, looking expectantly as people passed by I try never to leave negative reviews as I feel it’s mostly unreasonable people leaving unreasonable complaints. But it was pretty bad. Then again, I guess you get what you pay for. Bon voyage.

We had time to kill before a flight at LAX. This was a great mini adventure for my family. The Captain was amazing and knowledgeable. We need more time for whale watching next time!
It’s just the right amount of time to see the highlights of the harbor. The weather was perfect! The sea lions were cute!

Great way to see Long Beach from the water - including the Queen Mary, loading docks (one of the largest in the world), oil drilling islands, lots of sailboats in dockage, miles of sandy beaches, etc.
Great trip for the price. It was hard to understand the guide but what you could make out was very interesting.
Very relaxing crews around the harbor and very informative about the surrounding areas. Would highly recommend for anyone
