Este hermoso lugar barroco de peregrinación mariana con la Iglesia barroca de la Natividad y una réplica de la Santa Casa está rodeado de claustros y capillas. No solemos entrar, pero si quieres puedes decidir pagar la entrada (unos 10 USD) y ver los tesoros del interior.
Este vasto palacio y jardín es un encantador barroco fue construido por uno de los nobles checos más poderosos y ricos, Albrecht von Wallenstein. Hoy es la sede del Senado checo. Los hermosos jardines de Wallenstein están abiertos al público durante el verano de forma gratuita.
Pasearemos por el puente más antiguo de Praga, el emblemático Puente de Carlos, adornado con 30 estatuas pintorescas y con la torre del puente gótico más hermosa de Europa. Desde 1357, se dice que la legendaria construcción del puente fue ayudada por huevos mezclados en el mortero. Toque el signo mágico de cinco estrellas para pedir un deseo y sienta el poder de los santos. Este es el corazón de Praga, donde puedes sumergirte en el pasado dorado de la ciudad, ¡una experiencia verdaderamente romántica! Incluso podrías reconocer el escenario de la primera película de Misión Imposible. Muy cerca, explore la encantadora zona de Praga Venecia, con su canal lateral Devil’s Stream, y la famosa muralla de John Lennon, símbolo de la protesta anticomunista. Al final del puente, verá el magnífico Klementinum, un antiguo Colegio Jesuita que ahora sirve como Biblioteca Nacional.
Paseando por las calles más antiguas, llegaremos a la encantadora Plaza de la Ciudad Vieja, el libro de texto en 3D de muchos estilos arquitectónicos. Arquitectura del siglo 20
El edificio Art Noveau más hermoso de Praga. La fachada de la Casa Municipal es una llamativa composición arquitectónica monumental. Figuras alegóricas monumentales, desplegadas por toda la fachada del edificio, que fueron creadas por algunos de los más grandes artistas locales. Las esculturas antropomórficas se acompañan de una decoración con adornos florales Art Nouveau y otros elementos arquitectónicos clásicos. Es un edificio cívico que alberga Smetana Hall, una célebre sala de conciertos, donde se celebra el festival de Primavera de Praga.
La Torre del Ayuntamiento de la Ciudad Vieja es uno de los edificios más llamativos de Praga. Lenka pasekova was absolutely fantastic! She delivered a fabulous tour, really got to know us and what we wanted to see, understand, and learn about. She handpicked the route to maximize what we found most interesting given what we’d already seen and wanted to know more about. Even during a heat wave, she was careful to find shade and share less traveled paths, arrange water breaks and restroom stops. She had flawless communication by text within 24 hrs of our tour and treats for us when she picked us up at our hotel. We could not have had a more enjoyable day. She hit a home run! My daughter and I toured beautiful Praha with Jana and could not have been more pleased! Since it was a private tour, we chose what we wanted to see.
