Comience con un paseo romántico por el Puente de Carlos disfrutando de la impresionante vista del panorama del Castillo, después de lo cual se sumerge en las calles de la Ciudad Pequeña.
Tome un tranvía y disfrute de la hermosa vista en nuestro camino hacia el Castillo de Praga.
Mientras pasea por la antigua sede de los reyes y emperadores checos, dejándose llevar por el esplendor monumental de la catedral gótica de San Vito, su guía le revelará algo más del glorioso pasado real de las tierras checas.
Continúe hasta el barrio judío, que alguna vez fue el asentamiento judío más grande de Europa. Después del almuerzo, aún tendrá la oportunidad de explorar algunas de las calles estrechas más pintorescas del casco antiguo medieval en su camino hacia el muelle. Ahora, agradablemente cansado, sube a bordo de un barco totalmente de madera construido según la tradición del siglo XIX y su crucero por el río Moldava puede comenzar. Wasted money and time - disappointed. Tour guide was not knowledgeable about Prague. Group was supposed to be a 25 person max, but another guide was sick and our group became over 40. Guide talked about nothing of importance - history, interesting facts. Continuously told us places we could pay more money to do. Got to Prague Castle - didn’t take the tram which was included in the cost (because our group was too big). And tickets to get in were not included. Those of us that purchased tickets to go on felt very rushed, concerned we wouldn’t find the guide (he refused to use/open the orange umbrella. At lunch he left us - brought back his wife and infant in a pram which is so inappropriate. Only good parts were lunch and the boat ride.
One of the best tours I have taken, Ross is the BEST tour guide. For my first time in Prague and my first tour there, I was very lucky to have chosen well, this tour was fantastic. It was a first rate operation with a superb, well- spoken in English, tour guide. Ross was very knowledgeable and informative. The use of personal audio listening devices hit the mark, great idea. Many of his experiences and stories I could relate to as my parents are from Eastern Europe (Hungary). The tour itself was well organized. The pre-tour emails and guidance were very useful, it was very easy to find Ross at the beginning. Ross did very well to take breaks and talk as much as possible in the shade. Every aspect of the tour was timed very well, I enjoyed every phase of the tour, especially the lunch and the boat ride. This tour was terrible. Our tour guide, Matel had recently returned from a tour he did in Asia. He complained about the size of the group which was 40 people. He did not discuss history or culture of Prague but brought us to other areas that we needed to pay to view. When some people did and others didn't, he did not set up a meeting place or time. People were wandering around. Within a couple of hours 25 people turned in their headsets. I only stayed for the boat ride which was the best part. Very disappointed for spending $100, I could've walked around myself and asked AI.
Like anything, the guide makes the trip. And our guide talked about nothing. He told us about different restaurants that we couldn’t see, but that they were very good and didn’t tell us about anything that we walked past. He didn’t tell us anything significant about Prague, what happened during World War II, or about the people and customs. He was so overwhelmed with having to run more than one tour at a time that I think he was just very distracted. Additionally, he had just flown in the night before from Asia. So, maybe that’s why the content was lacking.While he did have a llarger than promised group, which was not his fault, the lack of content, however, was his fault.
The tour indicated that the group would be 25 person maximum. Apparently because. another similar tour (our maybe our tour), tour guide called out sick, our tour expanded to 40 people. Quickly it lead you deviations from the expected tour. Our tram ride was not taken either because procuring 40 tram tickets was a problem or the tram was under construction. We heard both reasons. So we had to quickly walk up steep walkways to the top of the hill where Prague cathedral was. Anyway I could indicate other issues. Because of overall organization issues the tour ended with 15 participants. A long disappointing day, although our tour guide was pleasant. Just when you sell a tour with 25 participants max. Keep it that way. These tours aren’t cheap.
Our guide, Katarina, was excellent, especially with her thorough knowledge of Czech history. Note that this tour is lots of walking, with just a short tram ride & separate river cruise (both nice to experience). Wear tennis shoes b/c walking on cobblestones for that long takes a toll on your feet. If you have a short stay in Prague, this is the perfect tour to see the best of Prague, a beautiful, amazingly historic & safe city.
Great overview tour. Not too in depth but that’s only because it covers so much. I suggest doing this early on in your trip so you know what to do more in depth later. Guide and tour company were very accommodating. She even gave me tips about Czech authors and poets books to get.
It is a very good overview of highlights in Prague. We had an excellent guide (Jana). Remember to wear comfortable walking shoes.

An honest description of the cobblestone walking & number of stairs one must fast walk, climb &descend versus the tram & the “boat” ride at the very end of the tour. The description of this tour was rather deceptive/ambiguous. Many people in our group internally complained about the pace & attitude of the guide. We ended up cutting it short after the lunch, forgoing both the museum & the boat as did many others. This was not a great deal, to put it bluntly.
