They are unreliable, we booked a trip to the Vatican, the person who had the tickets never showed up so we were extremely disappointed. If you want a good experience on your trip, DO NOT use this companyWe will never use this service again.
We are deeply sorry to hear about your experience. This is absolutely not the standard of service we hold ourselves to, and we completely understand your frustration and disappointment. We tried to make things right and immediately proceeded with a full refund.
Incredible Experience! Renata is a passionate expert in the rich history of Rome. She was exceedingly knowledgeable, patient with my hard of hearing father and was overall such a pleasure to listen to. Highly recommend!!
We are absolutely delighted that Renata’s passion, historical expertise, and thoughtful patience made the tour such a memorable experience for you and your father. We will happily share your kind words with her. Safe travels!
Our initial tour guide Chris welcomed us at the meeting point and efficiently organised us. We were then handed over to Dina who took us through to the Vatican. Dina was amazing so knowledgable and enthusiastic. She was brilliant with our 7 year old son and made sure he was aware of the important parts. Thank you Dina!
Thank you so much for taking the time to share this wonderful feedback! We are thrilled to hear that Chris got your day off to a smooth, organized start and that Dina made the Vatican tour so magical for your family. It warms our hearts to know she kept your 7-year-old son engaged with the history! We will gladly share your high praise with both Chris and Dina. We hope to welcome your family on another adventure soon!
We had booked a guided tour of the Vatican Museums at Renata. She was just great. Can only recommend!
Renata was an amazing guide! She was super knowledgeable and engaging. This was my second tour of the vatican & I learned many new things. Thank you, Renata!
You will not find a better host. Period. She was amazing at alll subjects: sleeping arrangements, food recommendations, ALLLLL things Vatican and Roma. Amazing English. Adorable supportive dog. SHE *IS* the experience you need when you travel. I miss her and her vibe so much. You will not be disappointed by her level of support.
I booked a private tour with Renata for my parents to see the vatican. They were celebrating 50 years of marriage that day and it was a lifelong dream to visit Rome. They'd never been to Italy and my mother needs a cane or wheelchair for many things. My husband and I worked with Renata in the past to tour the colloseum with our children. Her knowledge is incredible and she knows how to make her tours interesting for the audience she is working with. I knew my parents would be in good hands. Renata arranged to have my parents picked up from the hotel in a golf cart and they were driven to the trevi fountain, colloseum, Spanish Steps and vatican... where a wheelchair wass waiting to give my parents a private tour. They practically had then place to themselves and learned so much fromm their guide. I can't say enough about this company, Renata and staff. I wouldn't hesitate to use her again for any Roman experience.
Thank you very much, hope to see You and Your Parents soon :)
The tour guide not only covers the details, but also brings us closer to the history of the creators and works with interesting stories and nuances, always in relation to the work being viewed. Excellent experience.
Thank you very much :)
Amazing tour from Renata, so informative and knowledgeable. I am not a morning person but so glad we booked the 7.30am option. It meant we could go in as soon as the doors opened and avoided the horrendous queues later in the day. We had the unexpected tour to ourselves after the other party cancelled. Gemma was fantastic at keeping us updated and communicating. They both sent us other holiday tips after the tour which were much appreciated. We had the best meal of the holiday from a restaurant recommendation they gave us. Tour was worth every penny.
Thank you very much, we hope you both enjoyed Rome ;)
We went to a tour of the vatican city, it was amazing and informative! The tour guide was very knowledgable. Would definitely recommend!
