The company has 2 locations and when I showed up for the tour I was told that the meeting location was at the other location. In their email confirmation I was possibly deliberating given the wrong meeting location, as I was told I was the only one to have booked a tour that day. The company hasn’t reached out to apologize or give me a refund. Untrustworthy outfit.
Our bike ride with Ben was brilliant. He showed us all the sights, explained the history of each of them, pointed out the unusual and kept us safe. The route was good and the bikes were great. Highly recommend.

Our city biking tour was excellent! Gunther, our Belgian tour guide, made the trip a blast. He knows a lot of history facts that make the trip even more interesting.
The tour guide, Carla, was fantastic. The bikes were very good and appropriate for the tour. This may be the best way to experience NYC.
Freezing cold and still had a blast! The bikes were great and we felt super safe. We will definitely ride again.
I did the tour with Carla. She was great, gave a lot of historical information and was very safe in the way she drove the group. It is a nice way to begin my stay in NYC with some of the main landmarks.
Great way to see the City! We were guided along a safe path, mostly in bike lanes. (You do need to be prepared to ride in some slow traffic.). Saw sites and stopped at waterfront parks you just miss in a motor vehicle. Our tour guide Johannes kept good track of the group and offered some historical inisights. I’ve spent a lot of time in the City and have biked much of this route before. It was a new experience for my partner. We both really enjoyed it! A great way to see part of NYC and get some great views, especially on a beautiful day! The bikes were perfect for the terrain and in excellent shape. Other than one rider having her chain slip off (not uncommon and quickly fixed), there were no mechanical issues. This was much better than many other bike tours we’ve taken. Highly recommend.
We had the best bike guide ever, Ghünter, he guided us through New York and showed us all the things. Wherever we could cycle through he did. We have learned and seen a lot. Top guide, we were very satisfied.
Bob was a great guide. He tailored the tour to our interests. Lots of useful information and a little bit of New York gossip. Absolutely loved the tour!
