INFORMACIÓN DE CONTACTO UNA VEZ QUE LLEGUE AL AEROPUERTO DE CANCÚN Cuando llegue al Aeropuerto Internacional de Cancún, por favor siga estas indicaciones para encontrar al conductor que lo transportará a su destino: “Te recomendamos descargar la aplicación WhatsApp durante tu estancia en el Caribe Mexicano para facilitar la comunicación y mejorar tu experiencia.” Por favor, muestre en tu teléfono tu comprobante de confirmación al representante de la compañía y al conductor a su llegada. • Una vez que aterrice en el Aeropuerto de Cancún, recibirás un mensaje de texto SMS o Whatsapp del el presentante de Aeropuerto de la empresa y primero deberá pasar por inmigración y aduana. Nosotros estaremos monitoreando tu vuelo y la terminal de llegada hasta que usted salga... Después de pasar por inmigración, recoger su equipaje y pasar aduana, verá vendedores de tiempos compartidos y transporte a lo largo del pasillo. Ellos intentarán ofrecerle tours gratuitos y asistencia con sus traslados. POR FAVOR IGNÓRELOS (no hable con ellos y continúe caminando). Busque a nuestro equipo después de salir por la puerta principal corrediza; estaremos esperándolo en el área donde se encuentran todas las demás compañías de transporte. • El representante de la compañía lo recibirá sosteniendo una tableta con tu nombre escrito y estará vestido con una camisa verde manga larga. Si tarda más de una hora en salir de la terminal después de su aterrizaje debido a su aerolínea, pérdida de equipaje u otra razón, y si no ve a nuestro conductor cuando salga del aeropuerto, por favor contáctenos. Nos comprometemos a proporcionar un servicio de transporte fluido, puntual y cómodo. Tenga en cuenta las siguientes políticas: No se aplicarán cargos adicionales si los miembros de su grupo llegan en vuelos diferentes, siempre y cuando se nos notifique con antelación. Si no se nos informa con antelación y se producen cambios de última hora, tiempos de espera prolongados o desplazamientos adicionales dentro del aeropuerto, se aplicará un cargo adicional debido a la logística extra que ello supone. Si necesita una silla para bebés, solicítela con antelación al hacer su reserva (solo 2 sillas por reserva). Lamentablemente, no disponemos de sillas para bebés con poca antelación o en el último momento. Loved everything about this experience from pick up to drop off The pick up: First they greet you at the airport roll your bags to your car offer cool, hand towels as your walking into the vehicle they have also to refreshments. The ride was very smooth, and you can hook up to the ox if necessary. The drop off: They arrived to the resort 20 minutes early with the same experience of the cool towel and refreshments. I would absolutely book this again.
What started as a great experience ended with my phone being held hostage for two days. The driver was friendly, on time, and the SUV was clean. Everything seemed great. The problem started when we arrived at the marina for our ferry to Isla Mujeres. About five minutes after being dropped off, I realized I had left my phone in the vehicle. The marina staff actually held the boat for nearly 20 minutes while we desperately tried to reach the driver, hoping he could turn around before the ferry departed. We called the driver multiple times and contacted the company, but received no response. Eventually, the ferry had to leave without the driver returning. After our resort contacted the company on our behalf, we were told they had my phone and could return it for a $60 fee. While frustrating, I agreed because my phone contained everything I needed for both my trip and my business. Then the story changed. We were later told it would actually cost $150, and they would not return the phone to the marina to get to me. Instead, we were told the only way to get my phone back was to use their transportation service for our return trip—something we had never planned on doing. As a result, I was without my phone for two full days and felt like I had no choice but to pay for transportation that I didn't want just to retrieve my own property. I completely understand charging a reasonable fee to return a forgotten item. What I don't understand is changing the agreed-upon amount and refusing to return the item unless additional services are purchased. The transportation itself was great. The way the lost phone situation was handled was not. As a travel agent myself, I will definitely not be recommending that my clients use this company. If you book with them PLEASE triple-check that you have all of your belongings before getting out of the vehicle. If something gets left behind, expect to be at their mercy to get it back.

WiFi, beer, perfectly clean and brand new Suburban to get from Cancun airport to playa del Carmen. They went the EXTRA mile by helping us retrieve a lost phone from immigration. They communicated before via WhatsApp which is great. We were able to get kids seats for 2 and 3 year old. Cool clothes and hand sanitizer at the SUV. Darwin was very nice.
Helping retrieve a lost phone from immigration is not part of any standard transfer service, and yet that is exactly the kind of moment that reveals what a team is truly made of. Darwin and the greeter went above and beyond in every sense of the word. WiFi, cold beer, cool towels, hand sanitizer, car seats for a 2 and 3 year old, a brand new Suburban and clear WhatsApp communication before you even landed: the private SUV transfer from Cancún Airport to Playa del Carmen had every detail covered for the whole family. Traveling with young children deserves exactly this level of preparation and care, and we are so glad the experience reflected that. Joaquin was the best driver we’ve ever had. He gave detailed history about all of the spots between Cancun and Tulum and took care of us better than we could have imagined! Ask him about his conch playing :) 20 out of 10! Highly recommended! Will be requesting from now on!

The drive between Cancún and Tulum is one of the most scenic stretches of the Caribbean coast, and having a driver who brings it to life with genuine local history and a little music makes the whole experience something you simply cannot find anywhere else. Perfect service. Communication from prior to our pick up excellent. Samuel met us at the spot he communicated To us where we met with Juan Daniel our driver Greeting us with a fresh clean towel and refreshments then taking us to our hotel. Too service. Thank you so much. .

STP Caribe was excellent. From the airport they were easy to find. Our greater was very friendly and guided us to our driver. Our driver Alfredo Ramos was awesome. Very helpful and had plenty of refreshments. Had a wonderful experience. Highly recommend
Joaquin was amazing and went the extra mile for my husbands birthday! He decorated the interior with streamers and balloons and it started our trip on such a happy note :) The SUV was clean and stocked with beer and waters. Love a private transfer from the chaos of the Cancun airport - it’s worth the cash!
