British Airways rebooked our ticket while we were in aiir because the flight from Las Vegas to Heathrow was late and we could not make our connecting flight to Basel. I called Viator as soon as we arrived in London to tell you we were arriving late in Basel because of flight delay, and asked for a later pickup. I was told that no one could pick us up later and it would be considered a NO SHOW.

Our flight to Basel was delayed, but I was able to talk with someone at the transfer company before boarding the flight. They assured me that the driver would be informed. Then after the plane started to back away from the gate, it was delayed another 45 minutes while waiting for a mechanic to fix a broken down plane tug that had pushed a plane behind us. Despite not being able to contact the driver again, he was happily waiting for us in the wee hours at the arrivals exit. He grabbed our bags which was a relief after traveling for about 24 hours from the Pacific Northwest in the states. On the way out of the airport, we observed travelers waiting for non-existent taxis and an infrequent bus to Basel at that time of night. I thought that the cost of our comfortable and efficient airport transfer was a great value compared to the overall costs for our journey to Basel.

Patrick was so awesome. He changed his schedule twice to adjust to my travel times being changed by the airline. He also set us up with a coworker for an additional ride.

The service was very efficient and our driver was very friendly and shared very interesting knowledge regarding the city we were visiting.

Pickup instructions are very poor. Instruction was to pick up luggage & exit & driver will be there holding my name sign. No one told us that there are 2 exits, the Swiss & French. We waited for 30 minutes after emails to viator & Rhomtrip. Next time I’ll take taxi.

Was picked up at Basel airport. Driver met us as we came through immigration. She led us out the terminal door and forced us to walk 1/2 mile to her van in the parking lot. I initially told her that I couldn’t walk because I have a bad back so I told her to go get the vehicle to pick my wife and I up. She refused and forced us to follow her. When we got to our hotel there were steps that prevented us from entering the hotel with our bags. Other drivers came by unloading passengers and bringing their bags up the steps. She just stood by her door looking at us waiting for a tip that she didn’t get. Another driver who dropped their passengers off and saw our predicament carried our bags up for us. Avoid this company like the plague.

Patrick, our driver, was on time and waiting for us (with a smile) exactly where the instructions said he would be - after exiting baggage claim. The car was clean, comfortable and very large. More than enough room for us and our luggage. He was also very helpful by providing recommendations for how to get to key areas in the city by using the bus and which stops to use in either direction. This saved us money, instead using Uber. Overall, an excellent experience!

Our driver was right on time picking us up at the airport, helped us with our luggage and was very friendly. Overall, a very good experience.
