Our driver/guide was Joao, He was very knowledgeable, giving us historical facts and legends about everywhere we went. He was attentive at all times making sure we were safe and comfortable. We had a wonderful time with Joao. He was so knowledgeable and taught us so much about Lisbon. He went above and beyond what he needed to do to make sure we had a great time. At the time I was not feeling good, and Joao constantly made sure I was ok..from mapping out bathrooms, to making sure I was hydrated. Forever grateful to him. We had a great time with tour and we extended it by Joaquim dropping us in Porto at the end of the 5 days and picking us up in Porto and taking us to Vilamoura and also showing us Eastern Algarve and then dropping us back to Lisbon and the airport the final day. He himself is a great driver and interesting company. He stopped at good restaurants where we had great food and also gave good commentary. A couple of things didn’t work well when he sent another driver for our first day in Lisbon as he had a dental emergency and that driver though very good did not give as much information and stopped at 6pm precisely. A similar issue happened on our final transfer where he had to send another driver for our airport transfer because of a dental appointment and that driver had some communication issue and because of road closing was a little late. I would recommend this company with Joaquim as the driver any day.
Once again I would like to tell you 2 things about this comment: 1st - Thank you once again for the amazing days that we had together and for keeping me away from missing home and my family by the Wonderful time that we spent together. 2nd - I truly have to apologize for not be able to be there for you all the time, but unfortunately, as you said I was in serious dental pain whenever you arrived and even on the day after and that was the only reason why I had to send someone on my place, on the last day, the all day was a disaster beginning with your issue it was the entire day like that. After this I have to give you also a complement, I must say that in principle whenever we were trading information through WhatsApp and you were asking me several things several times I was about to send someone else on my place because you seemed to picky and over demanding, but the truth is that you only like things to be planed with time and that everything goes accordingly to your expectations and schedules, and you're probably one of the nicest persons that I ever met, you made me feel one of you, actually I felt that I was having some vacation with you and Anjali. Thank you once again for the Wonderfull days
