Escondida cerca del centro histórico de Sintra, la Fuente Sabuga es un lugar tranquilo del siglo XVII conocido por su agua dulce y rica en minerales y tradiciones locales. Our tour with Rodrigo was absolutely amazing. He gave us the perfect amount of information. The palaces are gorgeous. He helped my sister who can’t walk well, always with a smile. HIGHLY recommend. Oh, he also got us a restaurant reservation and dropped us off (with permission) at the famous pastry shop!

Easily one of the most beautiful spots I've ever visited! So close to Lisbon too! Miguel was a wonderful guide and driver who knew what to see and how to get there without any hassles. He was also a local! He drove us up to the point where the walk upward was easy, and even led us through a few short cuts along the way. The village below the palace was picture perfect, and the palace itself was beautifully eye-opening. This is one tour I could (and probably will) take again and again. Especially if I can arrange to have Miguel as my guide.

My wife and I booked our Sintra tour on the expectation that it would be just like most tours- namely, a tour with a tour guide simply driving us around to the various sites, giving us a rehearsed explanation of what we were seeing. That certainly was not the case, thanks to our tour guide, Esmil Lopes from @oturistatours. Esmil gave us what amounted to a history lesson at each site we visited, explaining not only what we were seeing but also giving us quite a bit of its historical background. We learned things I know are not typically mentioned in the literature of the sites we visited. It was obvious that Esmil had done a lot of his own research for each site, and it showed. What also showed was Esmil’s excitement when explaining the sites we visited. This made our tour that much more enjoyable. That extra effort that Esmil gave us at each site made the visits to the various sites that much more fascinating. By the end of our tour, my wife and I realized that we had gotten so much more from this tour than we could have hoped for. We definitely recommend @oturistatours should you wish to get a 5-Star experience such as the one we had.

Excellent half day trip even if the weather was rubbish. Gabriel was an excellent guide. Word of warning the road up to Pina is very steep, there is a shuttle bus available and it would be good to be able pre-book this for those who may struggle with the incline as the queues for tickets is long to buy when you arrive. We managed dodgy knee and all and enjoyed it.
