Ishmael transferred us to our hotel from the airport and was a fantastic driver. Very knowledgeable about the history of the city, professional and kind. Would highly recommend him.

Our family had an amazing 2 days touring Lisbon and Sintra surrounding areas with Carlos. He's a very warm and welcoming personality, truly representing the people and the culture we've come across. We toured many sites, each made stress free with great debrief of the area and history by Carlos, tickets logistics taken care of, and the comfort of sprinter van. It's incredible how he navigated the crowded city and tight streets with ease and patience. Even our moody teenager loved the trip, especially the Cascais area and the amazing shoreline where Carlos secured a lunch reservation right by the ocean. He even stayed in touch and provided sites and food recommendations for our next city in Porto. I strongly recommend these tours and if you're lucky to have Carlos, you'll know what we mean. I can’t recommend this tour highly enough!! Every detail start to finish was perfect. Our car was immaculate and comfortable. Ruben, our driver was flawless. After a brief interview process where he determined what we were most interested in seeing and doing, he created the perfect itinerary. We were completely immersed in both the history and the lovely geography of the Lisbon area. Ruben took care of every single detail and made us feel like both royalty and family at the same time. Upon arrival at a special seaside restaurant , no tables were available. A quick word from Ruben and they set one up for us. Not only was our lunch unbelievably delicious with incredible fresh seafood, but he also knew of the very best places to sample local pastries and gelato. In summary, this was a five star experience and worth every penny..

What an exceptional way to see Lisbon. We saw the entire city in an all-day tour. Our guide, Carlos Azevedo, was amazing. He knows a lot about the history of Lisbon and transmits his knowledge very well and with great patience. His was immaculate, Carlos was constantly a gentleman opening and closing the door for my wife. Your highly recommended!
