Blue route and red routes with the tramvia ride was well laid out and narrated clearly..Bus stop was a little hard to find at the beginning but once you find it, it goes smoothly

We enjoyed our Hop-On, Hop-Off experience! In addition to the bus, we also went on the trolley. The driver was very kind and had to navigate street closures due to a festival. He made sure that we had a memorable time.

One day in Lisbon and trip to Cascais took 3 hours for a 1 hour stop. The bus ride was uncomfortable on a speeding bus.

Perfect hop-on hop-off tour, good explanations in the audio guide, and a nice combination of 2x bus-boat-train; we even managed to complete all 4 routes in one day without any issues.

The organization was poor. They did not inform us that they had a WhatsApp group where all the information was shared. Several streets were closed during Saturday and Sunday, and they sent us to another stop, but then they did not notify us that the bus was returning to the original stop, and we missed the last bus. The boat was not working. They had changed both the schedules and the routes, and without any information, we could not find where we needed to go. The only thing that was worth it was the tram; the driver was very kind. The bus was terrible. Additionally, the modern route has no interest. Compared to the red City Sightseeing buses, these are of much lower quality and have an impressive lack of coordination. We will not use it again in any other city, nor will we recommend it.

The routes on the Yellow Tours go past all the highlights of the city. And the variety of buses and trams is a fun way to get around. The vehicles are clean with interesting audio explaining the sites and landmarks. Special shout out to the woman tram operator who was friendly, and especially Sylvia at bus Stop #1 who was amazing. She patiently answered all our questions and gave us great advice before getting on the bus! Definitely recommend this hop on hop off bus and tram tour co.

Always very late. They don't call customers. We wait up to 1 hour by the bus. They slowed down without communicating. They stopped and the drivers kept talking for 30 minutes while we waited. If you can look for the red from the other company. Looks more efficient.

Poor service, no information about the tours via an app or online, only through a folder/plan with little concrete information, the QR codes at the information and stop points do not work, the staff is sometimes very unfriendly (with great exceptions), the departure times of the boat were unclear and did not match the information provided, the information point at the harbor was never staffed, etc.... NO recommendation, the Red Line is better.
