Bienvenido a bordo de nuestra Stretch Limousine Lincoln MKZ modelo exclusivo con servicio de bar abordo con cervezas, agua Bui, toallas faciales húmedas y aperitivos. Amplio espacio extra para relajarse y estirar las piernas. Asientos de piel, quemacocos en una cabina totalmente sanitizada. Una vez abordo de tu Stretch Limousine puedes disfrutar de un café Nespresso de ti mismo con la cafetera abordo. Si quieres un espacio privado puedes cerrar la cortina del chofer y comunicarte con el teléfono abordo o bien si quieres un aire natural y vista fresca puedes abrir la cortina del quemacoco o completamente la venta de cristal. Puedes viajar navegando en internet y disfrutar también de unas cervezas frías o agua natural acompañado con cacahuates o dulces de la región. Tu Stretch Limousine tiene el control de los componentes en la cabina del pasajero.

After you clear immigration, Luggage claim and customs, you will see timeshare and transportion vendors along the hall, they will try to offer free tours and assistance with your transfers PLEASE IGNORE THEM (do not talk to them and keep walking) Look for tour team after you exit the main sliding door, we will be waiting there for you to come out into the waiting area with all the other transfer companies. • The Representative of the company will meet and greet you holding a tablet with your name written on it. who is wearing a long Green shirt. **If your reservation is with the White VAN the driver is wearing a long Green shirt **If your reservation is in our Black Car Luxury Sevices the driver is wearing a long Black shirt Please go straight through the exit doors (MARKED GROUND TRANSPORTION & TAXIS) If any representatives from other agencies or hotels try to stop you THERE IS LOTS OF SCAMMER Please do not stop, and help us to get to our representative (we will be here waiting so please do not believe people saying our team left and will reimburse you, that are on a call with us, or that we are not there) MEETING POINT AT THE AIRPORT: · If your flight Lands at the Terminal Number-2 International Airline, Once you are outside the building turn right and look for the “Grab and Go Restaurant” the representative from the company will be waiting for you in front with a Tablet with your name on it. · If your Airline is “ Volaris, Viva Aerobus or Magnicharter” After you pass inmigration go straight until you find the first automatic gate (LOOK FOR THE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES & TAXIS SIGN) and turn right, Once you are outside the building the representative from the company will be located in front the “Welcome Bar Kiosk” will be waiting for you in front with a Tablet with your name on it. · If your flight Lands at the Terminal Number-3 Once you pass Immigration (LOOK FOR THE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES & TAXIS SIGN) Once you are outside the building go straight and the representative from the company will be waiting for you in the corner of “MargaritaVille Bar” with a Tablet written your name on it. · If your flight Lands at the Terminal Number-4 After you pass inmigration go straight until you find the first automatic gate and turn to left to the exit doors (LOOK FOR THE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES & TAXIS SIGN) “Not in the Family and Friends Area please do not confuse”. The representative from the company will be located in front the Platform “C” waiting for you with a Tablet written your name on it. Our drivers and company representatives are uniformed with Apple Green shirt and black pants. Every one of our representatives and drivers has an Authorized Airport Identification Card as well. If it takes you more one hour to leave the terminal after landing because your airline, lost your luggage or for any other reason, if you do not see our driver when you exit the airport, please contact.

Safe excellent driver. Very friendly and knew his way around. The drinks was a nice touch and the AC was perfect
Fantastic service , professional, friendly and would absolutely use again! Greeted personally with a clean refreshing face cloth, and bags taken care of! Our champagne was perfectly chilled, as were the bottles of beer, or a choice of soft drinks and a coffee machine , and of course the wi-fi I’m using to upload this review. We come to Cancun twice a year, and every time we book the stretch Lincoln. We have gotten Moises every time! He has always made us feel welcome and like we are family. Knowing we were back for my husbands birthday, he even decorated the inside of the car with balloons. He always goes above and beyond to welcome his family back and wish us safe travels when he takes us back to the airport. We wouldn’t want to book anywhere else or with anyone else. Thank you Moises!

My wife and I stayed at Atelier Playa Mujeres in June of 2025 and rented the Lincoln Stretch Limo for roundtrip airport transportation. Alberto picked us up from the airport and was very professional. He was early, messaged me to let me know he was there and waiting for us, and we were escorted all the way to the limo. He was fun and friendly and shared some delicious cookies his daughter made with us. We had drinks and waters and a lot of fun on the way to the airport. It was a great way to kickoff the trip. On the way back to the airport, from the hotel, we had Jose, who was also a pleasure to work with. He was early and helped us with our bags. Jose was also very professional and let us rest on our way to the airport. My only feedback to STP is to oil the shocks on the car we rode in. It was really squeaky all the way back to the airport. Still comfortable, but would have been better without the squeak. Overall, still recommend STP for their excellent communication and professionalism. We will use them again when we return to Cancun.
