Tour en grupo pequeño con un máximo de 8 personas en inglés. Después de conducir desde Barranco y Miraflores, el recorrido comienza en la Plaza San Martín, una puerta histórica al centro de la ciudad. Visitaremos la impresionante Iglesia de San Francisco y sus famosas catacumbas, ofreciendo una visión del pasado colonial de Lima. Luego, disfrute de un churro criollo en un popular lugar local, una muestra del patrimonio culinario de la ciudad. Luego exploraremos la Plaza de Armas, admirando el exterior del Palacio de Gobierno, la Catedral de Lima y el Convento de Santo Domingo antes de regresar. Al llegar a Miraflores, también pasaremos por Huaca Pucllana, un antiguo sitio preincaico en medio de la ciudad moderna. El recorrido concluirá en el pintoresco Malecón de Miraflores, con impresionantes vistas al mar desde el Parque del Amor conocido por su ambiente romántico y hermosas esculturas inspiradas en el Park Güell de Barcelona. Este tour combina a la perfección historia, cultura y paisajes impresionantes, ofreciendo una experiencia memorable de los principales monumentos de Lima en solo 4 horas.

La Plaza San Martín es una gran plaza histórica en el centro de Lima, inaugurada en 1921 para celebrar la independencia del Perú. En su centro se levanta una estatua de bronce del general José de San Martín. Rodeado de elegantes edificios neoclásicos, como el Gran Hotel Bolívar, la plaza es un animado centro que combina el encanto colonial con la arquitectura de principios del siglo XX, lo que la convierte en un hito clave en Lima.
El Convento de San Francisco es un ejemplo sorprendente de la arquitectura barroca colonial en Lima, conocida por su fachada ornamentada y su rica historia. En su interior, el convento alberga una vasta biblioteca y un impresionante arte religioso. Su característica más famosa son las catacumbas subterráneas, una vez utilizadas como lugar de enterramiento. Estas catacumbas contienen los restos de unas 25.000 personas, lo que las convierte en un vistazo único y espeluznante al pasado de Lima, ofreciendo a los visitantes un viaje fascinante al patrimonio colonial y religioso de la ciudad.

Pasaremos por Huaca Pucllana, un antiguo sitio arqueológico preincaico ubicado en el corazón de la Lima moderna. Construida alrededor del 500 d.C. por la cultura Lima, consiste en una gran pirámide de adobe hecha de ladrillos pequeños y hechos a mano. El sitio sirvió como un importante centro ceremonial y administrativo. Hoy en día, Huaca Pucllana ofrece un contraste único entre la historia antigua y el paisaje urbano circundante, proporcionando una visión de las primeras civilizaciones que una vez prosperaron a lo largo de la costa central del Perú.
El Parque del Amor, o Parque del Amor, es un lugar pintoresco en Miraflores con vista al Océano Pacífico. Conocido por sus vibrantes mosaicos y esculturas románticas, incluida la icónica estatua *El Beso* de Víctor Delfín, el parque es un destino popular para parejas. Sus paredes curvas, adornadas con azulejos de colores y citas temáticas amorosas, crean una atmósfera caprichosa. La ubicación del parque en la cima de un acantilado ofrece impresionantes vistas al océano, lo que lo convierte en un lugar perfecto para relajarse y disfrutar de la costa de Lima.

Recogida en Dédalo shop (Barranco) es a las 09:30. Recogida en el hotel Naia Miraflores (Miraflores) es a las 09:50 Solo recogemos y dejamos en estos dos lugares. Por favor, llegue a tiempo, ya que no vamos a esperar a los que llegan tarde, bajo ninguna circunstancia. Si selecciona Barranco como lugar de recogida/devolución, considere 4h puerta a puerta, mientras que con el Miraflores la duración total será de alrededor de 3h30.

- Para entrar a la Iglesia de San Francisco, se le puede pedir que se cubra los hombros y no use pantalones cortos y chanclas.
- La duración total del recorrido incluye el tiempo de viaje hacia/desde el Centro Histórico, así como el tiempo dedicado a caminar o conducir de un lugar a otro
- La visita a las Catacumbas no está recomendada para viajeros que sufren de claustrofobia

Very practical meeting point in Miraflores from where the operator takes you on a 3h30 tour around the Hsitoric Center and Mireflores. The guide Valeria was super nice and the tour well designed. Highly recommend! Oh and there's churros!

David was excellent. Very knowledgeable and personable. First time in Peru. Great introduction to Lima and very much appreciated. He even bought us churros, which were wonderful and not like the ones we’ve had in the US. His driver was also excellent in navigating the insanity of Lima traffic. The drivers in Peru make those in Italy and Albania seem like Sunday drivers in the US.
