The guide (Claudia we know for the whatsapp) never introduce her self she was more focused and her phone and she did mention that she was tired from a tour earlier where she had sunburn. We pick up other 2 people (we don’t mind) but we just started driving and she never said where we are going until we asked. Otherwise the driver was really nice and he was the one giving us pretty much most of the information and facts from the city. During the tour the guide was in a rush, (my wife is pregnant ) she didn’t take the take to wait for us and we weren’t slow at all. The other 2 people didn’t want to do the Catatumbas or the church (part of the tour) so she was rushing the all time. At the water show she started walking out and the lights were still on, saying that the show ended. At the moment for take us to the hotel she left the other 2 people in the mall and we mention that if they can drop us off in a different place near or hotel and she keep pushing that stay here stay here it feels like she wanted to leave. The driver was nice and he was telling us a place that he can take us to eat but she didn’t agree to it so we stayed in the mall. We don’t feel this recommend or worth it for the time and money. And also the rude attitude from the guide of the tour. Her name is Claudia.

We had such a great tour with Alex last night. It way exceeded our expectations. Alex has great English and was so easy to understand. He was well-informed and shared a lot of interesting information. We enjoyed the catacomb tour. It was very interesting. We thought the old Lima area was so pretty at night and it was a treat to see everything all lit up. We enjoyed the beautiful park where the fountains all are and it was fun seeing them all and Alex got lots of photos for us. The water show was really something to see! We really didnt know what to expect but we thought it was great, with all of the images projected on the water sprays. A great tour and we appreciated a very excellent guide and driver. Thanks Alex for such a great tour!
Great evening tour in the center of Lima. Alexander was very competent and the organization was simple and worked well. I felt comfortable and well taken care of at all times. I would book again at any time.

Alex was a superb guide. We loved the catacombs and all the information he gave us. And he recommended the best churro we’ve had yet. The water light show was less grand than I thought, but it was still a sweet little park. I probably would have liked more history lessons.

We took this tour in May, 2026. We chose it because it combined a tour of the catacombs of the Basilica and Convent of San Francisco together with the Magic Water Circuit and Laser Light Show. This tour offers door-to-door transportation which is amazing, but we already had plans to be near the basilica so we met our tour group there. Even though the rest of our tour arrived quite late, making us question whether we were in the right place, it was mostly drama-free. The tour begins in the church and our guide made sure we saw all the highlights, including an active mass service. The catacombs are interesting, although they seemed pretty sanitized for tourist groups. They were very well lit and while I got a general sense of how this culture managed their dead, this wasn’t a jaw-dropping experience like the catacombs in Paris. Nevertheless, the tour was totally worth it. Our guide was excellent and the convenient transportation was invaluable. The van took our group from the basilica to the Magic Water Circuit and Laser Light Show, which was a fair distance. The venue is basically a big park with a bunch of cool fountains and water installations. You absolutely do NOT need a guide to get the full water park experience. Just take an uber and have fun. Nevertheless we loved having transportation back to our apartment, which was a long way away (Miraflores). We can recommend this tour because our excellent guide helped a lot in the basilica and for the transportation. Maybe I’m making too much of having the tour van, but if you’ve ever braved Lima traffic for distances like Miraflores to El Centro, you get it.
The tour was informative and fun. The night time light show was not running, but the park was still beautiful.
