Itinerario
Este sitio fue uno de los centros religiosos más importantes del período incaico a lo largo de la costa peruana. Cuenta con un extraordinario complejo de templos y estructuras construidos por varias culturas preincas que datan de alrededor del año 200 d.C. Más tarde, los incas construyeron majestuosas pirámides aquí en honor al Sol. Los visitantes pueden apreciar la notable precisión arquitectónica del sitio mientras exploran las costumbres, creencias y tradiciones que dieron forma a las antiguas civilizaciones del Perú. ALMUERZO : al mediodía habrá un descanso de 1 hora 30 minutos para que pueda almorzar. Te recomendaremos algunos buenos restaurantes locales.
En la segunda parte del recorrido, visitaremos esta histórica plaza, construida a principios de 1900 para conmemorar el centenario de la independencia del Perú. Los edificios circundantes son magníficos ejemplos de arquitectura neoclásica, reflejando la elegancia y grandeza de esa época.
Luego visitaremos la Plaza Principal, la plaza más icónica y representativa del Perú. Aquí admirarás monumentos históricos como el Palacio Presidencial, el Ayuntamiento y la Catedral de Lima, entre otros. We had such a great day exploring Lima with Sandy! This tour is packed with variety—you really get to see so many different sides of the city. We happened to go the day before Independence Day, so the streets were bustling with energy and very crowded, but Sandy handled everything like a pro. She made sure we stayed on track, comfortable, and still got the full experience without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. She even recommended a fantastic spot for lunch that we absolutely loved. Sandy was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly warm and friendly, which made the day even more enjoyable. Hats off to her for making our visit so smooth and memorable!

Our guide Jonathan was thorough, patient with our questions (we asked a lot 🙂), and well informed about the history of Lima. Our tour group only consisted of me and my friend as it is a slow season. It was better this way in my opinion. You could feel Jonathan’s passion for history, and pride for his countryman throughout the tour.. Recommend 12/10!
