Well I got dropped off at the end of a street that crosses with my hotel and told me to walk up the street (luggage and all) because supposedly it’s closed but yet cars were coming down the ONE WAY street. It’s only a 5 min walk he said and pointed. Also took over 40 min for the shuttle to arrive
The cell phone app has a button to notify a driver that you are at the pickup point and ready to be picked up. The button would not work, even after rebooting the phone. I had to call the listed support number. There was a 10 minute wait. I was then told the driver would be there in 30 minutes, which he was. On a good note, the driver was friendly and courteous. The traffic was heavy from LGA to Midtown, but I did not get charged a congestion fee, at least.
Read the instructions on your ticket carefully before you leave. You need to call when you arrive. There will be about 15 passengers that need dropping off at different stops. We ended up getting off the van at an earlier stop and taking an Uber the rest of the way. Your baggage will get tumbled during driving, so keep any backpacks in your lap. Do not let the driver take a backpack or personal bag and put it in baggage. We lost earbuds and sunglasses to the trunk with shifting baggage/rapid accel/hard stops. Traceable earbuds drove all over the city until they stopped - presumptively in the finder's apartment. Our driver was abrasive. We took an Uber the rest of the way. The Uber was great.
Booking this in advance was a great time saver and provided less stress after a lengthy flight. Price was economical and driver was well versed in the area. I recommend using this service.

They take FOREVER!! The wait is extremely long and the driver was rude to one other passenger. I WILL NOT recommend this company!! You're better off paying the extra $$ for an Uber.

Poor instruction. Driver was fast asleep in vehicle and took several attempts to get him to wake up when we eventually found the vehicle. Driver was unhelpful.
