Relájese en su espacioso vehículo y disfrute del viaje panorámico cruzando la frontera con Eslovaquia, dirigiéndose directamente a los exuberantes paisajes del valle del río Váh.
Bienvenido al dominio del "Señor del río Váh y las montañas Tatra"! Dominando la ciudad desde una roca masiva, el castillo de Trenčín es una de las fortalezas medievales más espectaculares de Eslovaquia. Exploraremos sus poderosas torres, veremos la famosa inscripción romana de 2.000 años de antigüedad dejada por las legiones del emperador Marco Aurelio y descubriremos el romántico "Pozo del Amor", tallado en roca sólida por un príncipe turco para salvar a su amada Fátima.
Viajamos hacia el sur por la pintoresca Ruta del Vino de los Cárpatos hasta la encantadora ciudad de Modra, famosa por sus tradiciones vinícolas centenarias y su hermosa cerámica hecha a mano. Aquí, haremos una pausa para disfrutar de un delicioso almuerzo local (a sus expensas), seguido de una sesión de cata de vinos premium para descubrir los sabores únicos de los vinos eslovacos. ¡Nuestro último punto culminante es la encantadora capital de Eslovaquia! Pasearemos por el centro histórico solo para peatones, una antigua ciudad de la Coronación. Admira la Catedral de San Martín, camina por la Puerta de Miguel medieval, toma fotos divertidas con estatuas callejeras peculiares como el "Hombre del Trabajo" (Čumil), y empapa la vibrante y relajada cultura del café antes de regresar.

This was one of three tours that my 15-year-old son and I took with Cozy Travel while we stayed in Vienna. I scheduled the tours about six months in advance and was in constant contact with Jenny before the tours. Jenny happily answered any questions (which were a lot-LOL) I had over the six months and responded in perfect English. While her husband, Vladimer safely drove us to each location in their comfortable car, Jenny would provide background on the areas that we drove by (and would let us rest when needed!). Jenny also provided her vast expertise during the tours at the actual locations. My son and I felt safe with Jenny and Vlad, in addition to enjoying their expertise and companionship during the tours. This tour is perfect for getting a taste of Slovakia. The scenery on the way to Trencin is beautiful. The hike up to Trencin Castle provided great views (even in the excessively hot weather we experienced that day). Jenny provided great background on the castle- how it was built, what it was used for etc. The view of Trencin and the surrounding hills and valleys is magnificent from the top of the castle. After exploring the streets of Trencin, we headed to Pezinok for lunch and wine tasting. Pezinok is a charming and quaint town. Slovakian wine is also very good! After Pezinok, we headed to the lively Bratislava. In Bratislava, we explored the charming streets and squares and had time for a coffee and a Slovakian beer. It was a great tour.
