Lugares y horarios de recogida
La recogida está incluida en Olo Resort, Reindeer Manor Levi, Arctic Nook, Hotel Levi Panorama, Northern Lights Ranch y Golden Crown Levi Igloos. Las recogidas comienzan dentro de 30 minutos a 1 hora antes de que comience su recorrido. La hora exacta de recogida y la ubicación se informarán por correo electrónico el día anterior. Comuníquese con el proveedor de la actividad si no ha recibido su hora de recogida. Por favor, prepárese y espere en el punto de encuentro acordado 5 minutos antes de la hora de recogida programada. Si te alojas en el área de Levi Centre, reúnete con tu guía en Arctic Circle Snowmobile Park Safari Office 30 minutos antes de la hora programada de inicio de la actividad. Dirección: Levintie 1585. - Los niños de 1 a 14 años se sientan en un trineo detrás de la moto de nieve del guía. Recomendamos que uno de los padres se siente con un niño pequeño en el trineo por la seguridad del niño.
- Si un niño de más de 140 cm desea sentarse en una moto de nieve como pasajero, se cobrará un precio adulto completo (según disponibilidad).
- No se recomienda a los niños menores de 2 años unirse a este tour.
- Para conducir una moto de nieve, se requiere una licencia de conducir válida (clase B). No se aceptará una licencia provisional ni una foto de la licencia de conducir. El permiso de conducir debe ser reconocible en Inglés. Si no trae su permiso de conducir, no podrá conducir una moto de nieve y no se puede ofrecer ningún reembolso.
- El conductor de la moto de nieve es responsable de cualquier daño en el vehículo, con una responsabilidad personal de 950 € por persona por moto de nieve en caso de accidente. El seguro adicional se puede comprar en el sitio por 15 €, reduciendo la autorresponsabilidad a 150 €. Este seguro debe ser adquirido antes del inicio del tour.
- La aurora boreal es un fenómeno natural y la visibilidad no puede ser garantizada. El tour operador no cancelará la actividad de acuerdo con las condiciones climáticas. Por favor, consulte el pronóstico del tiempo un par de días antes del inicio de la actividad. La cancelación y reprogramación de la actividad es posible, si los cambios se realizan más de 24 horas antes del inicio de la actividad, dependiendo de la disponibilidad para el día solicitado.

Best tour to see Northern Lights
Elina and Carlos were great guides! We were incredibly lucky and were able to see the Northern lights. The snowmobiles were a very fun way to haunt the aurora lights. I would highly recommend!
It was a really amazing and adventurous experience. The staff and crew were really helpful and nice. And definitely had one of the best shows of northern lights.
First of all - the staff was simply AMAZING! all Fun, great Vibe, smiling, making everyone feel so welcome Snowmobile Tour was great.We saw Northern Lights, had fun in driving All in all absolute Epic experience.

It was cloudy, I think the guide didn't really feel like going out. We were already back after 2 hours. We didn't see any northern lights, although the cloud cover was still breaking and other lights were seen. With more patience or other places we might have seen something, but the guide didn't really bother.
The snowmobiling time was fine. The tour leader seemed to not know how to explain the way the snowmobile operated. She said it wasn't her usual job. Still, we all understood how to drive them successfully. The time spent trying to get a fire going and cook sausages was tiresome. She told us a few myths about the Northern Lights but wasn't an engaging storyteller. Most of the conversation in the Kota was between the leader and the only group who spoke Finnish, I guess. After the tour was over, we had little instruction about what to do with gear, or how to get back to our hotels. She had to call the driver who very impatiently drove us back. We enjoyed the snowmobile driving, but the rest could have been much more professionally done. I would find a better tour company.
This was a great tour! Jonathan was our guide and did everything from pick us up, to help us with gear, and then lead our group! We opted to pay extra for single riders since we all wanted our own snowmobile, and the tour was so much fun. We had a smaller group and rode all the way to the airport via to the snowmobile streets. Jonathan is a very personable and knowledgeable tour guide, and is also quite the photographer! Thank you, Jonathan!
We had a great time on the Levi Northern Lights by Snowmobile excursion. Unfortunately, we couldn’t complete the full excursion as planned due to the extremely cold weather conditions. I really appreciated the honesty of the team in ensuring our safety—they offered us the option to reschedule or cancel for a full refund. We chose to go ahead with the excursion, and it was a wonderful experience. Our tour guide was fantastic, and the first round of snowmobiling (about 1.5 hours) was exciting and well-organized. We returned for a hot drink, which was much needed after being out in the cold. Although we were offered the chance to go out again, we decided not to because we were too cold by that point. Overall, it was a great experience, and the team handled the weather-related challenges professionally. It would have been perfect if the weather had allowed us to do the full excursion, but that’s out of their control. I’d definitely recommend this tour, especially for their focus on guest safety and comfort!
