First time in Hawaii for husbands birthday wanted to go all out with him not having to stress about luggage or finding us a ride to the hotel, thought it would be a great idea to spend $120!!!! On a nice lei greeting someone waiting at baggage claim to help with our luggage!! We made it baggage claim and no one was there no one had txted us, we walked out to pre arrival and still no one there, walked all the way back in and spoke to a lady and she had no clue so we reach out to Viator and then some lady comes running out as she passes us I see my husbands name she just just said come follow me we walk back out to pre arrival stopped half way to the car and said welcome to Hawaii threw our lei!s on and said come with me she opened the trunk up and just stood there. my husband had to load all the luggage!!! Very quiet she didn’t say a word all the way to the hotel very uncomfortable!! Didn’t help us unload our bags!! First time to Hawaii and worst money ever spent!!! PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!!!

Our driver met us in the baggage claim with a sign with our name. He was very nice and helped us with our baggage. The van was very clean. The Leis were fresh and beautiful.
The greeter was already there waiting for us and contacted me before landing. The driver was great. No issues. Would definitely use them in the future.
