Improper debiting – Inefficient and ineffective customer Service I was charged €79.99 for a GoVoyages Premium subscription that I never knowingly requested or activated. After contacting the After-sales Service, I did receive some answers... but no concrete action, no reimbursement, no follow-up! I'm promised the case is "ongoing," but it's been dragging on for weeks. Time passes, money is taken, and no real solution is proposed. It’s clearly a misleading practice: forced subscription, unjustified charging, and Customer Service pretending to be acting. I strongly advise against this platform. Lack of transparency, waste of time, and bad faith.

Great itinerary, tour guide was excellent. The sites visited were amazing and the timing of them were coordinated well.

The driver, of whom goes by Kate, was excellent and on time. She had a great attitude and was very professional. Our private tour was almost 11 hours as we toured multiple places in Hokkaido and we could not be happier. Highly recommend this company for hire if touring Hokkaido and definitely ask for Kate to be your driver if she is available.

This was an amazing trip! We followed the set itinerary, and saw many beautiful sites. The driver was super polite and a great driver (we always felt super safe). The company also provided a booster seat for my six year old and a baby seat for my two year old, and everything was strapped in and ready to go when the tour started. Just a great job!

It was nice to have a private tour as you could adjust the time and places you wanted to visit. The Tomita Farm flowers were not in bloom yet so she took us at the end of your tour to Tenjinyama Park to see their Wisteria flowers in bloom. For lunch we wanted to eat noodles so she found a quaint noodle shop that we really enjoyed. I mentioned to her I saw on the internet Furano cheese factory so she googled it and we were able to visit as it was near by the Ningle Terrace. My only disappointment was I requested an English speaking guide but she was not able to speak English so we tried our best to communicate with each other through a translator app on our phones.

There were no flowers yet when we went so he took us to the falls instead. It was an incredible experience!! I’d definitely recommend it to anyone!!

It was a strange pond. It was shining blue and very beautiful. There was a roadside station nearby (it was Biei, a roadside station when I checked later), so I rented the restroom there and looked at the map and it said it was nearby, so when I started walking it said "2km to the blue pond" and I rushed back to the parking lot and drove. The blue soft serve was ramune-flavored. Kids seem to like it.
