The cable car was under maintenance. We waited for 3 hours to hear from them but unfortunately the cable car weren't moving. Fortunately we got refund from our booking platform even though the person at the reception said no refund. Was really looking forward to go the glass bridge on top.
Tq sir and please come again
It's a scam. Very expensive for what they offer you. The worst thing is when you get to Sky Bridge and you have to pay for the funicular or go down and up steps! Also, the bridge says nothing and neither does the view, it is a view towards the bushes and some sea.
Our driver Munir was fantastic! As the cable car was initially closed in the morning he found us another activity and happily waited for us. We then went to cable car when it opened. We had a fab day!
Thank you and please come again
Cable car ride is excellent. Beautiful view of the sea from the mountain top. But London Bus service being offered at the parking area is a scam. They are misguiding tourist saying that cable car ticket counter is 400 meters away, so take the bus. But in actuality, the ticket counter is less than 200 meters. No point taking the London Bus
Tq for joining us.. come back next time
Amazing cable car ride up to the skywalk. There are a number of steps down to the sky bridge so not suitable for older or less fit/able people and the climb back up is tiring but there is a transportation car that can take you down and back if you book it. Very busy as it was the last day to do it before closing for maintenance but so glad we did. Views are amazing and the monkey watching was fun. They took a scarf off into the trees so hold onto your things!
Tq and please come again
Views were amazing. Overall a good trip. Unfortunately we tracked up to the waterfalls and there was not really a lot of water. I think to do everything the trip needs to be a bit longer. Our driver was calling us as we were on our way back on the cable car but we had no time to explore the village and shops which was disappointing.
Tq .... Ok we will try to accommodate the timing
This tour should NOT be advertised during low season. There's little water at the falls, you can also take a Grab there, and walk around yourself. There's no need for a guide because the signs around there tell you about the flora and fauna, not the guide. There's no need to pay ahead of time for the cable car or skybridge - forget express line or for any VIP service. There's hardly any visitors there so there's no queue. Plus, you'll feel silly waiting for a glass bottom or VIP cable car pod bc it comes every 15 mins. It's not that amazing and not worth the wait. The guide was friendly and kind, but his boss and whoever is running the tour business locally is awful. He had the audacity to tell me he didn't control the weather when I said we felt the tour was not honestly advertised and there should be a disclaimer for low season (there's little water at the falls). Then he dared me to leave a bad review. This should company should not be allowed to advertise on Tripadvisor.
Thats nature..well we give you more experience at another waterfalls but you choose to condemn us. May god pull the blessed on you. I have a photo where you were in the waterfalls with our driver guide. Singapore klook... kcc... U read this in chineese

If I could leave no stars I would! We paid £136 for in essence a taxi to firstly take us to the wrong waterfall - perhaps because he was keen that we rented ATVs that he stopped at. We wasted 50 minutes to get to the advertised waterfall.. when we got there the driver simply said it’s over there -choosing not to drive us to the waterfall .. I am sure the 3600 steps helped me! Then on to the cable car and sky bridge. Have you got your tickets the driver enquired … no they are part of the package we replied .. oh he said. Then wandered off to buy some tickets. We worked out we could have booked a grab and purchased the tickets ourselves for no more than £30 tops. Was terribly disappointed- we asked for a partial refund .. unsurprisingly we were turned down. I would avoid at all costs.
You already done all the places. Shame you ask for refund. We have 3 waterfalls in langkawi so that we will bring you to the one which is beautifull. Many taken advantageous people do this way. Not now. Thank you Also that how can you request a refund since you has completed the tours. Dont you feel shame on that
Hi if I could give zero stars for this trip I would. In essence we paid £136 for a taxi to : Drive 50 minutes to the wrong waterfall. The driver stop the taxi and encourage us to rent atvs. Finally drive to the right waterfall where his contribution was “it’s over there” he chose not to drive us to the waterfall area but I am sure the 3500 steps did us good. When we got to the cable car and sky bridge ask us if we had purchased our tickets & seemed surprised when advised it was part of the tour… he then went off and purchased our tickets. We feel this tour was terribly misrepresented and about £100 more than renting a taxi and purchasing the tickets our self. We contacted Viator who went back to the tour company who refused a partial refund.. avoid at all costs.
thank you
