It seems like this is a great trip if all goes well and beyond disappointing if not so it’s a gamble you have to take. Our trip was altered due to the lake being more choppy which is completely valid and stated before booking as a possibility. However, nowhere upon booking did it say that the duration of the tour could be changed, which ours unfortunately was and was cut short by 80 minutes and the swim wasn’t included. Additionally when we booked it stated this was in case of unexpected weather, however the forecast had not changed so there was also an opportunity to warn us before we set off which they did not. We did request compensation for that as nothing about duration is in our booking terms, only content, but were told no without apology and the company then changed the terms and conditions on the website following this. That’s good as warning to others but felt deceitful to us to have it changed after we had attended and to pretend it was there the whole time (I copied down the T+Cs before the change was made so know that it was not). For context - there were many boats out on the lake and we were told the area of the lake we were on was safe so there was no explanation as to why we couldn’t safely stay out in that area instead of returning early. What we got to do of the tour was lovely, the guide was really informative although you can’t hear them well when you’re not sat near them, so if you’re interested in that element you do have to sit in the first few rows as a heads up. The views are stunning. The meal is a pasta in tomato sauce which was simple but fine. Honestly it was really let down by the lack of compassion and poor customer service following - I would be really wary if you have saved up like we did for it and do encounter a day where the gamble hasn’t paid off, as you’re then paying for a service that just won’t be provided so I would recommend keeping that in mind when making a decision to book. I’m sure it’s value for money if you actually get to fulfil the itinerary, but it’s far from if not.

Went on the Lake Garda Cruise from Peschiera 4 hour trip It was highly disappointing and only toured for nearly half the time it was advertised without any alternative offered for the remaining time. The lunch was a kids menu pasta and tomato sauce. No swim offered as advertised. The captain stated he wasn't happy with the current, safety first, I get it although there were boats and swimmers all around us. Why not offer an alternative location to see or swim instead of cutting the tour early by nearly half without any compensation offered either. The money spent on the taxi to get to the boat alone was expensive that's before the cost of the boat trip. If they told us beforehand I wouldn't have gone. I'm not one to complain but this was a huge rip off for what I thought would be a special moment for myself and my son now leaves a sour taste. You don't want to hear my young sons review it's worse than mine!

The meeting point is not very well indicated and it is a shame that there is no guide in French. Apart from that, superb visit with a boat trip, castle tour, tasting, and park visit. Perfect

The planned morning trip was on and off throughout the morning due to the weather. That meant sitting in bar opposite until the crew deemed it safe due to the nearby lightening. We did receive text message and updates so that was helpful. The tour started with reasonably informative commentary but quickly disappeared to the occasional note of where we were. It was a simply a boat ride around the lower half of the lake; pleasant but we were not the better for it. Food was provided, a simple bowl of pasta and tomato sauce, unlike some of the travellers' photos - were they from the local restaurants rather than the boat?!?

​⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A perfect and unforgettable day with my children! Wonderful experience aboard the Mincio ship with the Garda Voyager tour! I spent about 4 wonderful hours (from 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM) with my two children, who had a great time from start to finish. The organization was excellent from every point of view. The lunch on board was a pleasant surprise: truly good, abundant, and complete with excellent drinks. In this regard, I would like to give a special thanks to the chef: in addition to delighting us with his dishes, he was incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel pampered at every moment. One of the most magical and exciting moments was definitely the swim offshore: a refreshing and unique experience that made the day even more special! A huge thank you also to the captain, who, with great availability, welcomed the children to the helm for a few memorable photos. The children at home can't stop talking about it with enthusiasm! I am attaching a few snapshots with my children from this fantastic day that I recommend to everyone.

I participated in the Garda Voyager tour aboard the Mincio ship, and it was truly a pleasant experience. The organization was impeccable, and everything went as smoothly as possible. The meal served on board was very good, with tasty and well-prepared dishes. The drinks were also of excellent quality and contributed to making the day even more enjoyable. A special thanks goes to the onboard staff: everyone was extremely kind, professional, and always available, making us feel welcomed and pampered throughout the entire navigation. I highly recommend this experience to anyone who wants to spend a relaxing and well-organized day on Lake Garda. Definitely worth repeating! 😊🚢

Just a fantastic boat ride around a substantial part of lake Garda. So beautiful, with nice information along the way. Had a good time swimming in the lake toward the end, too, which was a refreshing reprieve from the sun.

You can do it if you don't expect too much. The area from the boat. Seeing from the boat is definitely beautiful. The boat is very old. The toilet is not suitable for so many people. Overpaid, especially for the free mini drink.

I really liked it a lot.
