Lago Como-Traslado privado Como-Cernobbio-Moltrasio-Laglio a MXP

Annalisa, the driver, was very friendly, communicative and prompt. The car was clean and well maintained. We booked the service from Laglio to MXP and it was well worth not dealing with the hassle with trying to leave Laglio without prearranged transport (like my friends).

As promised a E Class picked us up on time and got us to the airport quickly, with no hassle! Recommended

I booked this transfer for the last leg of my families 2 week adventure. I booked it about 2 weeks prior to our leaving home, so by the time the day of the transfer came it was almost a month since I booked it. When I looked in the Viator app and in the confirmation emails from Viator none of the vital information like the pick-up time I requested and the airline data I input was in the email. Which is really on Viator.....that information SHOULD be in the app and confirmation emails. When I tried to contact the Tour Provider thru the app to confirm these details I didn't get a response, I'm not sure if that is on the Tour Provider or Viator. All that said.....When my family and I went down to the hotel lobby the driver was there and waiting before the requested pick-up time and everything worked out great. The driver was very professional and safe while driving and we arrived at the airport safe and sound. Getting confirmation of the details ahead of time though would have reduced stress levels. Getting 4 automated emails from Viator telling me I have an upcoming tour booked with no details doesn't do anything but frustrate.

Driver was early, which we like. He was calm and professional and an excellent driver. He shared some Italy history as we drove to the airport. After arriving at Milan airport, he went inside, prior to us getting out of the vehicle, and made sure we were in the right area! Excellent experience and we will use Viator on our next travels!

Great experience. I was worry about missing a Sunday morning flight in Italy. Driver was on time to pick me up 7:00am in Como to Milan Malpensa airport.

Punctual and on time - efficient delightful and most friendly driver . The service itself was brilliant - what I had issues with is the Viator booking system management of your transfer is hard to communicate after the booking is made - so if you need to change time or hotel details you can definately do it - but there is no notification by Viator of messages being sent or received between your operator and yourself - but don’t let that stop you booking this transfer - very efficient service

Driver was so professional that she arrived 1/2 hour early to get us to the airport, knowing I was very nervous about an early morning transport. We had had a bad experience coming (not this company) and were not picked up upon arrival in Milan. She was pleasant, great driver, and responsible.
