Excellent, but watch out when you have your massage as they try to get you to pay for a longer massage saying you have bits and bobs wrong with you; and a extra massage would sort it out.

Wasn’t really too impressed with this experience, the staff were friendly but will ask you to keep buying extra ad ons, then suddenly aren’t as nice when you refuse. Didn’t like that during the massage the masseuse randomly left me for 5/6 minutes without saying a word, then being told I had too much water retention and urgently needed a medical massage at the extra cost of €50. My partner was taken to a seperate room and also had the same script used on him too. The rest of the experience was ok but this part really made us feel uncomfortable and as though they just want your money

Q Wellness: A manager picked us up from the hotel where we lived in Side. Perfect and impeccable Service, exemplary cleanliness.In the package at 75E per person: sauna, steam room then body massage and facial with mask. Cups of tea and fruit....+- 2H 20....then back to the hotel by private car.

The staff were really rude and had no people skills. They kept rushing us and were just interested in squeezing more money out of us. The mud bath was just water with a drop of mud in it. We had to scrape some mud residue off the seats just to get it to stick to our skin. The guy pretty much shoved me into the sauna and whacked me with the door to get me in quicker. The steam room stunk of urine. Not sure why we were in a room with salt covering the floor. The guys who rubbed us for the peeling section were about 13 and it felt very rushed. Then the massage topped off the poor experience. They just rubbed us as quickly as they could with oil and then they left half way through to bring some guy in, who then tried to extort another 900 lira out of us by saying we needed another massage. After turning it down he was very rude and stormed off. Worst massage we’ve ever had. Worst spa we have been to.

When I made the reservation, I put the name of the hotel that was in Istanbul, they did not question anything, the day after payment said they were not in Istanbul and you. In another city, i.e. discount in the reservation to be able to receive and not give more time to cancel.

I was picked up 20min late by my driver, then I drove out of town. Arrived we went to a small basement. There I had to change. There was a women's cabin but far and wide no women to see. As the only woman I felt very uncomfortable with. The peeling was done by a man, and I felt very uncomfortable with it. The oil massage was performed by a woman and was pleasant

Dirty, a lot of waiting and they always wanted to make more money. Not a relaxing time at all because of the constant questions about bying more services - as extra massage beside our actuall order…

I went to hammam today and it was absolutely great. 😎 I was amazed by the variety of spa treatments. There’s a mud bath, a sauna, a steam bath with aroma therapy, foam massage, a classical massage etc. I totally recommend it to everyone. You’ll feel reborn after these spa-treatments. 🙌
