What a gem! I Highly recommend the private tour. Karl was amazing at tailoring everything for our family. He knew so much history. He gave spooky fun without nightmare inducing for the kids, but he definitely knew more. We enjoyed the history combined with the ghost hunting tools. It was an overall fantastic experience and the private tour allows tailoring to your group's level of scary tolerance and your interest areas.

Carl was great! He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain and show us many different places and pics of ghosts that had been caught at different times. We also were able to catch an image as well! Fun times!

What a good time! Karl is a great guide, and is one of the biggest history nerds I’ve met (I mean that in the best way lol)! He knew sooo much about the hauntings and history of st augustine. Started out the tour in a small, quiet neighborhood with quite a haunted history in the military grave yard that spanned centuries. Wound through small cobblestone streets through the Spanish, English, American military area; and into the old, historic part. Seeing this at night and hearing all the ghostly tales was a real treat! Karl had all of the paranormal equipment you needed…we pegged out the EMF reader at one stop! His cart was comfortable! Thanks Karl for a night ride to remember

Definetly recommend ghost tour. Our guide Karl was amazing. Showed us and then told us about interesting spiritual spots around St. Augustine. As well as factual information that we didnt know before.
