El recorrido a pie comienza en la recepción del edificio en el Mistico Park. Los senderistas recorrerán una ruta de cemento entorno a la reserva natural privada del bosque tropical situado cerca de la base del volcán Arenal.

We had an amazing time! Our guide Donald went out of his way to ensure we saw tons of animals and learned along the way. Even though it was rainy, it didn't put a damper on our experience at all. 10/10 would go again!
Nazareth was an excellent guide. She was able to spot darts frog, eyelash viper, spider monkeys, sloth, Golden orb weaver and a tranchula. She was very helpful with a family member who was scared on the bridges. Highly recommend!!
Nazareth was an amazing tour guide. We saw monkeys, spiders, snakes and a sloth! She was so knowledgeable and so friendly. Couldn't recommend this enough!
We had a wonderful walk through Mystico Park and across the hanging bridges. Edgar our guide was so knowledgeable and spotted lots of wildlife we had not seen before including a small Boa constricter snake! He was so passionate about Costa Rican wildlife, it was a real pleasure to be in his group.
A very rewarding experience, the hanging bridges are something that cannot be missed. In addition, we had an excellent guide, Angélica explained everything to us in great detail, she was very kind and made the tour extremely enjoyable for my daughters and me.
There was a mix up at pickup when they picked up the wrong family. But they did come back and get us albeit an hour late. To be fair this is mainly fault of the other family who let themselves be taken on the wrong tour. For the trouble we were given a private tour guide, Edgar, who was brilliant. He was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic and made the tour a great time. We saw spiders and frogs, lizards and monkeys, beautiful butterflies, caterpillars and birds. I would highly recommend Edgar as a guide
It was extremely nice until we finished. We had to wait 45 min for our transport back, which was pre-organised but we were not aware of. Then we went to the restaurant at the place there, to eat something whilst waiting but the staff were overwhelmed and busy perhaps under stuffed and were not responding at all towards our needs and therefore we left. We bought 4 packs of crisps and 3 sodas from the shop next door and paid 57usd for them !!!!!!!!!

Mistico Park is a natural park of wild flora and fauna, made up of various hanging bridges; what I liked most was taking the guided tour because the guide helps a lot to locate and explain the fauna and life of the tropical forest.

The experience was amazing the guide - Gabby - was amazing and she made the whole thing feel magic with her constant enthusiasm. It is a 2.5 h tour around a paved garden so you should wear sturdy trainers or walking boots but definitely nothing open toed because of the risk of snakes. The groups aren’t huge - I had about 10 - and it felt like just the right number. For me the guide took around a monoscope and took pictures on peoples phones for them so they would have a picture of the wildlife. She recommended that you use the flash wilts taking pictures but try not to use torches. This was an amazing activity and I would recommend for all wildlife enthusiasts
